Oh I lay much of the blame at Microsoft exec’s feet. Either they are trying to torpedo the brand because they hate gaming and that it’s almost always a net loss for them. Or they are arrogant enough to just stick a random person in charge of Xbox and hope it works.

From the very beginning when she was brought on, Sarah Bond always screamed "Girlboss Diva" to me. There's just something about her attitude and the way she presented herself whenever she spoke. Phil Spencer being a happy little lapdog to whatever she said seemed to contribute a lot of the problems as well. Matt Booty is still there, and still a very big fucking problem. Can someone with an xbox account tell me what is this poojeta's 4th achivement in Hollow Knight?
I can figure out the first 3:
- Charmed (get 1 charm, piss easy).
- Falsehood (defeat False knight, also doable).
- Test of courage (beat Hornet 1, challenging for newcomers).
Its already suspicious enough that someone that never played HK before manages to reach and beat Hornet in 2 hours, newcomers usually take time to eplore the various areas, find resources and backtrack after dying.
Even then, if getting 3 achivement in 2 hours for a noob is reasonable, Imma call bullshit getting a 4th, there are only an handful that jeet could have got:
- Defeat the Mantis lords: I heavily doubt it.
- Defeat Soul master: No.
- Neglect: Requires Mantis claw and backtrack, very unlikely.
- Masked: there are 3 easily accessible mask shards, 2 can be bought, 1 requires 5 grubs rescued, for the 4 ones I can point out multiple ones, but they require one of the following: beat a hidden boss in crossroads, have the mantis claw or the lantern (costs 3 times the money required to buy the 2 shards).
All cases makes it quite difficult for me to believe she got that far in 2 hours.

Its to late for that, when they started gamepass it was that start of the end for their exclusivity, their player base (that is left) expect everything to be free now and dont buy games. Also Playstation, Nintendo and PC have a much bigger customer base, that actually buy games. If there is any Xbox exclusivity its gonna be timed at best, only on Xbox exclusivity is done.

Xbox as a brand has been dead for a while. Let's just face it. That "everything is an Xbox" campaign along with the Game Pass price hikes killed a lot of it and any momentum they had at one point.
