I thought Phil was in some scrub faction that didnt participate in events now.

Besides he only places in pay to win events.
 
I have no idea why this was in my recommended (maybe because I've been watching a lot of poker videos recently and poker=casino?), but this reminded me of DSP. He's a different type of gatcha addict that put $5000 in quarters into one of those push machines. The difference between this guy and DSP is at least this guy makes a profit every now and then.

Edit: Browsed a couple other videos out of curiosity (if I didn't fall down rabbit holes I wouldn't be on this forum after all), and apparently this is a coin pusher in his own home and not a casino. Which makes more sense now that I think about it with the complete lack of background noise. So now it's just funny that this guy made a Youtube channel off of fake coin pusher videos. That I'll probably keep on in the background because these are apparently ASMR videos, so I'm a giant sucker.

This whole WWE champions saga shows me what kind of a gamer Dark really is. Out of the hundreds of games he's played throughout the years, you splash insane cash on THIS!?

The most basic, pathetic cash grab! Bejeweled with sweaty guys!

Dark, the man who 'calls out' corporations for being greedy and evil goes out and spends this crazy money on this trash?

I'm amazed, but certainly not surprised.

He tried Hearthstone and whaled heavily on that game, but as shitty and P2W as that garbage is, it still has a skill ceiling high enough to filter the pigroach once you get a high enough ELO and start fighting other whales.
You will crush it at the early levels where you're fighting against F2P or low spending players using budget decks or spending all their resources on a mid-tier deck but once you reach whale land you actually have to think about how to play.
In WWE Champions it's just dumb bots to fool you into thinking the PvE is actually PvP. I think Phil has like a 90%+ winrate in that crap.
After getting bodied in Hearthstone he just wanted something brainded to whale and win on.
 
I decided to make another round for Scopely's percentages in the loot. They're doing the usual type of "event", but this one is weird as you've seen from TJ's post, it's Christmas in July.
They're also giving for free a regular Alexa Bliss and Stone Cold at 3SB (if you go and claim them), but that's useless for a whale.
Anyways, this is the list of the posters:

The percentages are atrocious, and the only wrestler that I could see useful for a whale of DSP's calibre would be the special Alexa because she's at 5 stars silver, but that's only 1 poster amongst many.

If and only if Scopely is playing by their rules and common sense, if the featured category is at 1.39%, and the chance of getting one of the wrestlers in that category is equal for everyone, then 5SS Alexa should be at 0.058%.

Holy shit I was googling around to see if WWE Champions has a pity timer like some other gacha games do and legit this was the 4th result.

I couldn't find if this game has a pity timer by the way. I can't be arsed to go past page 1.
