Were Phil to be on trial for a crime, I doubt that those questions would've been left unasked. But he was trying to get creditors off his case, and the trustee has undoubtedly dealt with his ilk many, many times before. She probably smelled that he was hiding money somewhere, found that he makes money but doesn't ever actually have any because he's a fucking idiot, and got him out of the system for awhile rather than make anybody be his fucking babysitter with a Chapter 13.

Actually, Phil becoming addicted to the microtransactions of a mobile game makes perfect sense. He is such a weak-minded, miserable person he was bound to get addicted to something.

Drugs? No way He is too much of a bitch to smoke weed.
Food? No because of his gout.
Sex? LMAO.
Shopping? Yes, he was and we saw how that turned out.
Gambling? Yes, potentially he could get addicted to wasting his money in an online casino. I'm sure he hasn't tried that yet though.
Prescription drugs? Also potentially yes.
Alcohol? BINGO.
Pathetic gacha games? DOUBLE BINGO.

I think he sees himself as "too smart" for gambling.

Hmm, yet not smart enough to avoid gacha games...

Not to mention that gacha games are like gambling, but without the ability to even win back what you put in, let alone get a profit, so it's even more retarded. If he at least spent that idiotic amount of money on something like Azur Lane he'd still be retarded, but I'd understand it since it's full of anime titties and from what I've seen now that I took 5 minutes to look it up it's a shoot'em'up, rather than a shitty bejeweled clone with sweaty, oiled-up, shirtless musclemen.

While Nancy is undeniably a boomer for believing Phil's 5k monthly business expenses for streaming vidya, she's not necessarily incompetent. The biggest factor to how Phil got rubberstamped is simply because all of his debt was sunk into wrassle wrassle jpgs and not into actual assets that could be sold to pay back the debt. Really puts Phil's empire of dirt into perspective when you remember that.

He has the WAkhando, which is worth more than when he bought it. The equity he has more than exceeds the homestead allowance. Why she didn't check that instead of just accepting his bullshit claim? Probably sick of jackoff gifs and wanted to wash her hands (and take a shower) of the whole mess.

Seriously, when she switched it to an asset case I thought she had him. See you again in a few years, Piggy!

Once Phil admitted he buys scratch tickets and plays the lotto numbers. Someone called him dumb for wasting money. Phil replied that it's obvious that if you play long enough you will eventually win, so it's not dumb at all.

He was sinking cash into Hogan's gstring right up to and throughout the bankruptcy itself. How is that allowed? I have a hard time believing a competent official would let that slide.

I think part of why he got the chapter 7 is because nobody but Midfirst seemed to want their money.

Or nancy realised that the bigger asset case in that timeframe was yacht guy and that even though Mr Burnell was in possession of an impressive WWE champions roster she couldn't find a buyer in a reasonable time frame.

Minor correction, he does love food. You can tell by the way his eyes light up and how it dominates his rants with extreme detail. Its one of the few things he truly enjoys.

Phil just issued a flat denial that he knows what Line is, and stated that he never used it.
When the person cheered again to say the he had to verify it on his phone, Phil sarcastically responded that there was 'no way to dupe the company into using a fake number', or that he 'hasn't changed his number in the six years since it has been doxed'.

So that's what we're sticking with. Phil changed his number so it's not even him, and they also tricked the company into verifying it from his number.
If you've been keeping track, neither of these things make sense.

The cheerer asked Phil to show his phone. His response was that the person was an idiot because there are things on the phone that 'could be used to hurt him'.
I guess he is at least consistent on that claim. Even though it, too, makes no sense.

Well he's not wrong, his $50,000 WWE Champions account is on his phone and that certainly would be used to hurt him.

Because she was too much of a boomer to understand Phil's business and she didn't look at the details of what he spent on jpegs and what he spent on stream stuff.

There is absolutely no way Phil is reporting these pulls as income like he should be. In his head he probably thinks he's saving money by doing this rather than just paying income tax.

I really want to know if Cat is actually aware. How deep is her pignosis?

Oh he loves food for sure. I'm just guessing that he can't get addicted to it like an obese person. He's more careful with it now, after being diagnosed with gout.

The fact that Phil would rather go with this illogical narrative than the arguably safer "Yeah, I used that back when I was still playing mobile games" tells us just how true it actually is that the account belongs to him. He is terrified of admitting of being linked to it, because he knows how damning it is, especially in light of Moria breaking from pignosis enough to call him out on it. That "don't ever post about this again"? That was fear. He isn't thinking clearly, even for him. He is running scared, trying to put the maximum distance between himself and any acknowledgment that that LINE account belongs to him. If it was actually possible for it to not be his, he wouldn't be doing this unsafe shit.

Keep running piggy, just like you always do. The big bad wolf is still going to catch your ass.
