The fact that Phil would rather go with this illogical narrative than the arguably safer "Yeah, I used that back when I was still playing mobile games" tells us just how true it actually is that the account belongs to him. He is terrified of admitting of being linked to it, because he knows how damning it is, especially in light of Moria breaking from pignosis enough to call him out on it. That "don't ever post about this again"? That was fear. He isn't thinking clearly, even for him. He is running scared, trying to put the maximum distance between himself and any acknowledgment that that LINE account belongs to him.
