It just astounds me that it's in some Candy Crush type game and he's paid in gay jpegs. That is like shit cat ladies play except for $40,000. What the everloving fuck is wrong with this pig?
The only thing I can see is he is ashamed of only the alleged 4th place in evo and needs to be able to say he is an actual winner somewhere.

You don't have to prove it to some imaginary scientific absolute certainty. You just have to point out that's absolutely fucking ridiculous.

He is just going to ignore this, call people who talk about it idiots, and ban them. I mean all these pictures are clearly detractor photoshops of his nonexistant mod discord.

Unfortunately theres no way to 100% prove it w\o access to the account or source but anyone with >2 braincells already knows the reality here and its hilarious either way. I hope Nancy is actually able to get to the bottom of this even if we will only get to see his ch7 denied. I assume we dont get to read her reports and stuff on his detailed financials but I hope im wrong here.

Honestly if he deleted it would just prove it's him, he's already made the mistake, probably smarter to just keep going. At least now, for once, he is being consistent in his lie.

I think you could prove otherwise. If you look up all the WWE Champions Youtubers they're all ranked like 5000th place. There's absolutely no need to have a top-100 account for the purpose. It'd be like trying to write off a Ferrari as a business expense because you supposedly want to deliver pizzas with it.
The point is proving fraud is a very high bar. He could just say he's devloping a secret project on the dangers of lootboxes or something and its pretty impossible to prove otherwise. Barely plausible is all it takes. The only risk with the WWE thing being exposed is if it causes any paypigs to wise up and abandon him but at this point I'm not sure anything will.

He could have streamed those gacha games and that might have worked for "business expenses." Guess he didn't think about that.

He would've had a much harder time crying poverty and begging for money to dig out of his disastrous finances if he spent so much on microtransactions in-stream.

I was hoping nobody would mention that since he reads here and we don't want to write his script for him. He could say that the WWE game is for a future game show project and there'd be no way to prove otherwise.
It doesn't matter. For the bankruptcy, only "ordinary and necessary" business expenses reduce his income. Those types of expenses don't include capital purchases made for the business. Games, consoles, and the like, are capital expenses and are treated differently. He might be able to consider a subscription to WWE Champions an O&N business expense, but the games and microtransactions themselves would not be, because they are non-recurring and they add value to the business.

So him racking up thousands of dollars a month on game purchases doesn't help him qualify for Chapter 7, even though he may have tried that. Phil's game library or his high-ranking WWE Champions account have an intangible value to the business even if they are not transferable (assuming he was actually streaming WWE Champions, or planned to in the future). And Phil could most certainly continue streaming and making money without spending another dollar on microtransactions or games. Phil has very little in the way of O&N expenses (electricity, internet service, website, PayPal transaction fees, Xbox Live, etc), and that's the only thing that matters for him qualifying for bankruptcy.

So if this was Phil's big plan, it is going to fail and fail hard.

I laughed so hard the first time I saw Tevin's bit on the "hte's" I don't think it's all that strange we haven't seen any though as we have only seen a small sample of those discord messages. Maybe if we could see all of them the "hte's" would reveal themselves. Is it possible word has gotten back to dave and he's been extra diligent to correct them?

edit: ah the keyboard typing thing may explain it as well.

this also prove he's lying to khet, what a healthy relationship they must have

all those times he said they couldn't afford to "do fun stuff on his day off", cause he was whaling
Katherine is probably whaling as well. And the most 'fun' she can have is... Phil not bothering her.

This is only in the case of criminal fraud, whereas civil fraud has a much lesser burden of proof (Only that it is more likely the defendant is guilty than not).
Now I am not a lawyer, law expert, or even American, so my understanding is only from cursory Google searches, but from what I gathered:

If the trustee thinks DSP lied and accuses him of fraud, it will be a criminal proceeding, the most severe of the two charges, with possible jail time and all, but also a much higher burden of proof (Which notably involves proving intent).

If one of the entities DSP owes money to thinks DSP lied (In a way that will diminish their "return on investment) and accuses him of fraud, it will be a civil proceeding, which results in lower charges, mostly damages, but also a lesser burden of proof that they could very easily meet if we're being honest.

The thing to note is that the two aren't necessarily tied. DSP wouldn't need to be criminally charged and/or convicted to be liable to damages in a civil fraud case. That is because, as far as I understand, the criminal charge merely punishes a criminal (With jail time and/or a fine), whereas the civil charge is for people who were wronged by a false declaration (Whether intended or not) to recuperate the money they would have won if the filling had been accurate.

I see it as someone rear-ending you by going through a red light. Going through the red light is the criminal charge because the person broke the law. Getting the person who rear-ended you to pay for the damage to your car is the civil proceeding.

Thing is, they don’t need proof of fraud, in fact it’s usually very difficult to prove bankruptcy fraud absolutely beyond doubt. They just need indication of possible fraud to put him through the meat grinder to see if there is proof.

You def can change your icon(I’m you mean profile picture. And I’m definitely sure you can change the name next to the numbers

Your profile picture and number are constants across Discord. He's not paying for Nitro so he can't change the number and his picture in the WWE guild would reflect a change in picture.

You're getting caught up in semantics. Loot boxes/card packs or whatever these games are selling literally have the same effect on your brain as gambling. Just because you don't actually win money or anything of actual value doesn't matter to the person doing it, they're still getting the same high. Gambling addicts aren't doing it for the money, winning doesn't actually matter. The high for gambling addicts doesn't come from winning, it comes from the anticipation of a win/getting that sweaty pixel you want. The anticipation of a win is why they gamble, it's their heroine, it's what drives them to keep playing. These games (and other non-mobile games with loot boxes etc) are specifically designed to prey on that, to prey on people who have a predisposition to gambling addiction.

Dave has the added issue of his fragile ego, he desperately wants to be looked up to and respected, and these games give him a way to buy respect.

One other thing, Nancy isn't naive. In her almost 20 years doing this she has to have done countless BKs for businesses where their expenses where a key factor. She knows what real business expenses look like for real businesses with real over head, and I don't believe there is any way a sole proprietorship with 60k yearly business expenses isn't a massive red flag to her.

Wow I cant believe I didnt realize this until now but we know Kat helped Dark with his Alcohol problem right? He was drinking hard core when Leeanna left and he says Kat saved him....... Well, people who work in that field know that moving a new trophy wife in doesnt fix your drinking problem...... maybe it makes you stop drinking but you are still an alcoholic. When you still havent fixed the underlying issue of why you were drinking in the first place, you tend to just replace one thing with another. So Phil replaced the high he got from getting shitfaced every night with the high of getting a hollywood hulk. Now he just gets half shit faced most nights and does some gacha pulls, and leaves getting so trashed he cant get off hte couch for the other nights of the week.

Prior to these mod chat leaks, even after all this information we dug up, the statistical linguistic analyses that were ran, the manual linguistics analysis that were performed, the constant updates about his purchases of new wrestlers, the correlation between the timing of Phil’s bankruptcy filing and the increase in his gacha spending, I still had my doubts. I was still giving a 38 year old adult man the benefit of the doubt that he wouldn’t be as irresponsible as a teenager would be with his money by wasting it on a mobile phone game.

We now have the smoking gun and it’s undeniable proof that DSP does indeed spend tens of thousands of dollars on the mobile Candy Crush version of wrasslin’.

I’m fucking shocked. Utterly stunned that an individual like him even exists.

I said it another thread but I’ll say it again: DSP is the ballsiest motherfucker that I know as he is willing to defraud the US government to hide his purchases of sweaty dudes in JPEG format. I guess stupidity makes you impervious to risk.

I think this also provides proof that he is mentally deficient in the cognitive area to think that hiding assets and lying under oath will play out well for him.

This is fucking unbelievable. Phil is my first lolcow and he never stops on delivering.
