I agree the quality of his argument is very low. I believe his claim is that Phil doesn't have that much money, when it's generally agreed he makes on the close order of $100k a year and is extending that, likely with predatory credit cards.
I hesitate to report someone for having an unpopular theory, but I do think he's gone beyond the bend.
