The problem with playing Champions, aside from the bankruptcy fraud aspect and admitting the trolls were right, is that he couldn't claim to be so poor that he's barely making ends meet whilst spending all the money he gets on the stream.

True. But he would actually be "improving the stream" with his purchases though cause he could do these pulls on stream. So he'd have to forego the whole "I'm poor" angle and play off the "I want to improve the stream" angle more. This won't ever happen though.

So? He's not adverse to retcons. Happens every day. And if he ever lies it's to protect his family so it's fully justified. The chairs know he plays, they don't care.

Phil, we know you read this. Come out of the closet... I mean locker room. Strut your stuff like the champion you are. No more fourth place jokes, you really are the number one WWEC player.

Genshin Impact showed us how happy you are with gacha. Now show us how you react to winning muscle men, not waifus like the basement dwelling losers. Who cares about the past? Only no life losers bring that up!

Just imagine the positivity! It could really save the stream AND turn people's thoughts about you around.

WWE CHAMPIONS WEDNESDAY! Guersan Gaming is the biggest WWE Champions streamer, and he doesn't pull in a lot of people. IF Phil ever streamed it, he'd be the biggest WWE Champions streamer on the internet.
Good point about the streams, it doesn't seem that popular on Twitch, but there are at least a few streamers who have around 3k followers and recent vids with around 300 views. Not amazing numbers or anything, but the views seem in line with Phil. YouTube vids are a little more popular, getting a few thousand views each just at a quick glance, which is what I was originally thinking of. Could have sworn there was a YouTuber who was fairly successful with their vids, but I could be misremembering, didn't exactly do a huge deep dive. Either way, I think the game rarely matters with Phil, so at worst he'd have his usual audience, and at best, he might pick up a few spergs like he did for games like Minecraft or Streetfighter, where they come for those specific streams and drop cash. And, he'd at least be playing a game he enjoys and can talk about for once.

He could just lie and say Scopely is sponsoring him and giving him free pulls since he's their most mature and robust spokesman.

I refuse to ask or make someone ask DSP about a specific aspect of this if it means that it needs to be attached to some form of currency, so it will have to do. Not like it matters anymore (it really doesn't), but I'll rather have it documented.

Note: The screenshots in this post were handed to me a long time ago, and I'm confident that they were from a semi public server, non faction specific.

This is the Champions character they're talking about:

I've never heard DSP talking about Scare Glow, the model that Undertaker is based of. But there are some obscure instances where he has hinted to have such toys when he was a kid, including this glowing skeleton (never mentioned by name though, as far as I know).

The best instances I found were when he talked about the "Eternia playset", a giant toy castle of Master of the universe that he played with, but he also mentions that he "already had all the action figures" which you'd think would include Scare Glow.
All these toys are from mid to late 80's.
In this one he mentions secondary characters and main villains that he got like Hordak and the snake men, all in the same line as the skeleton.
Not necessarily the same exact ones, but the same style:

Bonus content of him complaining about toy collectors getting the items before him when he was a kid:
After going through this, I don't see how the wolverine story was a thing... he got insane toys when he was younger, I did not make a list but besides all those characters and the Eternia, he also mentioned other things like the Snake mountain, this stuff is fairly expensive for a kid's toy.

this was a public discord i found him in a while back. it was one for faction finding and for help. times are EST. tried to get more out of him but he never indulged. when he did talk to me it was when it was about 80's toys, or how to use characters (MOTU Big E to be specific). Got purged when a few trolls got in and posted

The discord id was TheyCallMeDSP#4058

besides that, Thats all. DSP never got back to top 100 for his spending to be tracked.

That new Twitter bot showing whenever DSP's roster goes up or new events is ok... needs to play the game though to understand when roster "goes up in talent" can be done by switching low and high moves.

Back out of here...

Did you intentionally spell "in vest" out like that? You dog, you :)

So he admits to playing with his action figures until the arms came off... Sounds like he was misrepresenting his childhood to us that time he claimed he always kept his toys in pristine condition unlike the minority children, who destroyed their playthings.

Remember when he said his dad supervised his playtime?

I recognize one of the names in that discord screenshot. That guy Punisher is in the same faction as Guersan's Gaming and has to be a big whale.

Guersan had Punisher on a series of videos ranking the 2021 characters. Example below:

Also, Guersan became a Twitch partner on December 16, 2021. How does that feel Phil?

Maybe phil really thinks they were fraudulent transactions, maybe he doesn't know his drunk alter ego is spending so much time and money on wwe champions- Dr. Darksydephil and Mr. DownFromTheRafters

The first rule of Champions is you don't talk about Champions.

If that was the case, why does he have such a phobia of naming the game since the allegations were first made. He could recall games with the funkier names yet can't remember a name like "champions" despite repeatedly admitting to reading the farms.

Plus it will never explain why he allowed these "fraudulent transactions" for months, instead of acting upon it when it first happened.

Yeah I was trying to make a joke, sorry it wasn't obvious. I just don't get how he could even try to claim the months of itunes purchases were someone else doing it from his account.

Like if it really was fraud, he should've been happy someone here caught it for him.

I agree that Phil would keep getting most of the same donations even if he admitted he'd been lying for years about Champions. HOWEVER...his main begging claim and ego support is that everyone is lying about him and he's the only one telling the truth. He's shown no signs of his ego being able to handle that humbling of admitting he's a pathological liar.

He would have to turn his back on a lie that he's basically been keeping in the back of his head since early 2020 ever since the trolls first started pestering him about it.

It's not particularly unusual for Phil to retcon things he's said in the past, that's one of the reasons why he's so memeable and interesting to watch at times, however he's rarely done so to make amends for any of his past mistakes, more like covering his ass on things people call him out for.

To admit the champions account is his would greatly go against his "pride", he doesn't want mentally ill shit head trolls looking down on him for eternity, because this charade of pretending that he doesn't know what the fuck people are talking about when they bring this up, is what props up his ego up the most, he's a muhture hanest content creator now and he's changed a lot, he can't do anything bad anymore, it's just the haters saying he's a scumbag piece of shit!

Even if Phil felt okay with admitting that he has spent years telling everyone he doesn't make enough money to do all kinds of things, when in reality he has just been wasting the money he COULD have done those things with, he would still be confessing that what he wastes his money on is fucking wrestling jpegs.

Phil's ego more than likely wouldn't survive admitting to the world that the detractor community has been telling the truth about him for a long time, but it DEFINITELY wouldn't survive admitting to WHAT has had a stranglehold on him for years now. He may not feel shame over it himself, but he knows exactly just how gargantuan the amount of shame he's supposed to feel is, and it's way beyond what he's capable of denying.

It cannot be overstated that while Phil is an alien, he's not without his awareness of certain human things, and that includes awareness of how embarrassing virtually everyone thinks it is that someone could possibly spend enough on a shitty wrestling-themed mobile game to have bought another BMW with that same amount of money. And it doesn't even matter if he accepts that it's that much, because he has never admitted his whaling figure, even when it would've presumably been much smaller, therefore ANY amount is obviously too embarrassing for him.

If he confessed, he would not only be sending up a white flag and acknowledging defeat, but painting a target on his back forever. He would never again be able to beg without experiencing PTSD from the jokes he knows are coming, even though he can't hear them. There's a reason our words dictate so much of what he does even when he's not reading them. There's a reason he tries to kill off TIHYDP even though he doesn't sit there and read the comments section to all those videos. He cannot forget the laughter and jokes at his expense, no matter what he does. It really does all live in his head rent free.
