What's the motivation to whale out so much for this particular event? If I recall you need to get a certain rank to get the special wrestler right?

Just to be accurate, VIP levels are grindable to an extent. Every day you can claim a certain amount of points if you get the last daily mission bag.

On lower leagues you can earn 200 points, I don't know how much he'd be getting since he's on the 17 league tier. But I bet he'd have no trouble to at least get to VIP level 5-6 just by getting the rewards, possibly higher but that I don't know.

Having said that, I think the people that came up with the 40K digit are only taking into consideration the last 5 levels to get to 13, which he surely didn't do by playing for free.

Oh god. Okay, yeah this all adds up now. I played one of those Final Fantasy games. And I got a long ways after spending like $20. And that was genuinely because I had a new phone and it was the most JRPG like mobile game I had ever played. I actually never even really hit a wall. I got bored because I couldnt figure out the point. But I do know that game gave me a ton of like player levels, so I was hoping thats how it worked here. But as demonstrated, it isnt. So fuck Phil

If he's using all his tip money (and then some) for this, my bet is him looking for cheap credit from a loan shark. We know he's a huge addict, I would not put it past him at all, dudes gone looking for payday loans in the past, it's an easy option for him and these loan sharks won't give a damn about his bankruptcy terms.

You would know as well that he vastly overestimate his expenses he has to commit towards (I mean just look at how much his "business expenses" were on his bankruptcy files, didn't make any sense from he way it was written and I'm sure he even knew he was bullshiting that one).

DestituteSydePhil is his typical ploy he uses when he needs to desperately "raise funds" but he's gotten paid by multiple sources of income streams by now, him not having enough money shouldn't be a problem, his piggybank (in theory) should be above the negative line.

But we'll know how the story will go once again when in 2-3 months time, he'll have an REEMERGENCY stream for whatever severe predicament he conjures up out of his arse in order to raise immediate funds for it.

I doubt he got a loan from a loan shark. One of those predatory credit cards that have loan shark-tier interest maybe, but not an actual loan shark. As retarded as Dave is with money, he at least demonstrated that he's "smart" enough not to get loans from shady people and instead does it in legitimate institutions, since they have to follow a lawful process to eventually collect from him and from what we've seen, pigroach luck will pull thru and he'll just have his credit cards debts cleared again somehow, maybe with a Bankruptcy 2: Snorting Pigaloo in 7 years. Loan sharks don't give a fuck about that, if he doesn't pay, they'd start making the piggy sweat by intimidating him for a few days before invading the snort fort and breaking his legs.
 
Yeah, Phil has seen enough movies to be afraid of loan sharks. He may have limited capacity for learning, but look at how much of his education has clearly come from entertainment.

I'm thinking he's either putting stuff on credit so that he an divert that money to gacha (which he appeared to be reluctant to do before, oddly), or he managed to beg his way into some money from mommy. Good odds on either one, I think, but I'm leaning slightly towards the former because we don't know enough about what his relationship is like with his folks these days, but we do know that Phil has gotten in credit card debt numerous times already. He's not about to stop after successfully committing bankruptcy fraud. He probably wouldn't stop that shit even if he had FAILED to.

The weird thing is that Phil seems to be one of the richest whales. Back when people were doxing the top-tier guild he was originally in, they were mostly white trash with unimpressive jobs and kids to raise.

That really makes Phil even more of a joke. You're not supposed to be getting sucked in by the same things that keep poor people poor, when you make the kind of money that Phil has for years now.

Truth is, the only thing that prevented the pigroach from winding up a trailer park bum is the existence of YouTube. He loves to think so highly of himself, but that's the only separation between him and the folks he looks down his nose at.

Most of the whales I've build in guilds with and had some interaction with are your common working guys. The bitter lonely MGTOW types that look like they want to die everyday.
