News from Germany:
Health minister says it was an "accident" that the pandemic has been blamed on the unvaccinated (trying to save his ass from the mob, I guess).
Also, the number of dead Coofers might be quite a bit lower than officially stated:
Die Zahl der Corona-Toten ist nach Angaben des Instituts für Wirtschaftsforschung (Ifo) geringer als bislang angenommen.

The Ifo Institute calculated the excess mortality from the begin of the pandemic until end of 21, and they found an excess mortality of 96,200 over what would have been expected. That's 15% lower than the official number stated by the RKI.
A hard flu season usually kills around 20k-30k at most, so 100k in two years is still quite bad. Not exactly the Black Death, though, and again a sign that numbers were fudged. Consequences for anyone in charge? There'll be none.
/edit: Also our health minister in a Q&A:
"How do you cope with all the Covidiots?" -"Discipline, wine, lots of sports and trying not to think about it". Which is funny because the guy always sounds like he's drunk, sometimes to the point where he can't bring out a straight sentence.
Then: "When will Corona be like a normal flu?" -"It'll never be a flu, if people catch the flu they're fine after like two weeks, if old people catch the Coof it's a life and death thing".
Yes, this guy, who is a medical doctor, has a master of public health with a focus on epidemiology, a fellowship from Harvard Medical School, and is a professor for health management, thinks the flu, which kills tens of thousands in Germany every few years in just a few months during bad seasons, is no big deal.
Some people just need to be beaten in the streets.
