Even if we were, it doesn't matter.

I hate to doom pill, but after tonight, they are desperately going to force everyone to get the shot or kick them out of society until they do. Even if they can't do it legally, they'll just threaten businesses to do it for them.

of course. How else are they gonna achive the great reset? They have to get everyone at their lowest point to accept their ideas of how the world works.

I am not normally a big fan of suing (because civil cases cost a shitload, take forever, and hardly ever result in any change or justice), but fuckit--nobody sues like the Americans do. I hope some firm like Jones Day ties those fuckers up in court until Joe Biden is a moldering corpse.

ETA: Although I understand intellectually why the administration chose to limit the reach of the law to larger employers (it's a Commerce Clause issue), I wonder if any of the geniuses responsible for this policy considered the fact that big companies have a hell of a lot more money to throw at lawyers than little ones do.
