Exactly.
All these marches are more or less the exact same:
Scream at the sky for a day or so, leave behind a mountain of garbage, and feel better about yourself, even though you've accomplished nothing.

Oh, they accomplished plenty.

They make their political opponents convinced that these women are hateful, bigoted, ignorant, and often literally insane and thus aren't worth listening to or negotiating with.

The fact that these dumb cunts and cucks are allowed to gather, shit up public spaces, and spew hate about one of the controlling political parties pretty much negates any "Oppression" claims and shows them as the whiny children they are.

I am gonna keep lookin, I am having trouble finding the rebarb one. Thought that might be because I am miss remebering or because everything got scrubbed.

For the next 15 to 20 days (police aren't sure just when Vigliarole died), the man was starved, burned, beaten, and tortured. (Even 10 years later, Spurling could recall Rita's chilling response when they questioned her about shoving a three-foot metal bar up Vigliarole's rear: "He was a homo anyway." How did she know? "When I stuck the bar up his rectum he wiggled.")
I keep seeing those pink pussy hats. I thought they were problematic this year because "Muh troons and POC brown vagoos?"
Which is a stupid argument. Vulvas aren't usually pink in the first place.
Feminism is supposed to be about equality and giving women choices. So why exclude pro-life organizations? Isn't being pro-life also a choice? This "with us or against us" mentality leaves no room for actual choice. Just a feeling of guilt and exclusion if you don't pick the "right" side. That's not very equality minded at all.
Pro-life organizations usually campaign to have abortion made illegal. There's a good argument to be made that being pro-life (in that you want to outlaw abortion) is a pretty anti-woman stance to take.
Right?! The most privileged people are the ones who get to attend these marches. Actually oppressed women can't attend because they're working they're either too tired from work, are working, taking care of their kids, or don't have the traveling funds.
They should arrange some sort of work-swap thing, where a bunch of privileged rich people take the shifts of lower class women so the lower class women can take the day off to march or whatever.
Makes me wonder, actually, why these same people don't try to make more LOTR refs since those films were out around the same time.
The books were too hard to read. Children's media is more accessible.

LOTR was populated by too many CIS WHITE MALES. The only major female characters gave confusing exposition or existed to cry a lot in confusing separated-feeling love scenes. Not a whole lot for 'woke' people to work with.
Harry Potter's not much better. The main cast is hideously white and Dumbledore was only gay in retrospect. Black characters are at the margins, Asian women and foreigners are sex objects, I'm surprised that there hasn't been a backlash

My favourite part about the marches in Canada was that town in Nova Scotia where 30 of the 60 people that lived there marched. Because that part of the country is just soooooooooo oppressed...
Their taxes are just super high and jobs are scarce. Not really deserving of a woman's right march tbh.

Think it's pretty hilarious that you guys are praising the geniusness of Trump's tweet when it's obvious he didn't write it. It's not even his not giving a shit about the protests that makes me skeptical, it's just that it's way too eloquent.

That said, these marches come across more as First World Problems Marches. Looking at photos of this gives me so much second-hand embarassment. Aw, you're a white girl in a first world country whose freedoms protect calling its leader names and dressing up like a giant vagina. Aw, sucks to be you.

As other people pointed out, I hate that they're roping kids into this. Your kids don't want to waste their Saturday in a giant crowd of screeching cat ladies and Tumblrinas taking selfies. Kids like sleeping in and watching cartoons, not standing out in the cold while Mom waves a sign around.

Lol, gay.

This was funny the first time you did it, charitably the second. Now you just look like a sped when you reply to every other post with it.

1918: "Votes For Women!"
2018: "White People Suck!"

Such progress.

Yeah, and this shit about how "Waaaah white women voted for Trump."

Yes, approximately 25% of women voted for Trump. Do the math- voter turnout was just below 50% in 2016. Less half of that 50%, about 25% of the overall population, voted for Trump. Let's be generous and assume that that's representative across both genders. So. 25%. You're more likely to meet a white woman with HPV than you are one who voted for Trump.

But I guess they need an excuse to hate white girls, so exaggerating voter demographics it is.

Well, that, and their attention spans are so limited that they don't remember Eowyn taking out the Witch King of Angmar...

lol you took @Y2K Baby seriously.

I didn't vote for him. And I can't answer for those that did. But I guess that's not good enough. Nowadays I see more feminists bitching about white women than white men. Why?

No. Pro-lifers are against abortion. Pro-choice means just that: that women should be able to choose to have an abortion if they want.
While feminists in first-world countries these days are often extremely braindead and take what they have for granted, abortion is an important choice that all women should be allowed to have.

I'd have more respect for pro-lifers if they didn't think outlawing abortion was the way to go. Why not focus on making it so unplanned and at risk pregnancies aren't so prevalent in the first place by encouraging better access to birth control and sex ed and removing some of the red tape around adoption?

If they barred groups who DO want to go that route then I have a problem.

I feel like it's because they think white men have become to easy/obvious a target, or that they have some bogus mindset that having a vagina excuses white women from being racist. I mean, maybe like 70 years ago it did, but not right now.

Also, women have a tendency to feel threatened by each other's beauty and happiness, which is what some psychologists believe to be the source of "queen bee" behavior. Their stakes in hating white men are mostly sociopolitical, but they have a personal investment in hating other women- jealousy and competition. However, it looks bad to be a catty bitch just because you're emotionally inclined to, so they mask it with a false pretense of "white women are racist!!1!1"

That's just my best guess, though. I can't be certain.

Also, there's a difference between taking someone seriously and finding them unfunny, but you're right, I shouldn't have even brought it up in the first place.
