What... Why... How... ?

I think the best way I could express my reaction to all these people would be this video...

I dread to think what these people would do to a gerbil or kittens... D:

GOD FUCKING DAMN IT
Like it's been mentioned, he's probably never moving out. But if he does and he gets a pit viper, I think we can all agree that the inevitable bite he receives is nature's way of chlorinating the gene pool.

My experiances with Copperheads has been mixed.

Also, it seems dumbfucks recording themsleves free holding venomous snakes is a thing

"Strikes Me By Accident !"
That's no accident, lad.

I wonder if any of those snakes had their venom glands removed? Because tbh if someone is skeezy enough to freehandle them, they're probably skeezy enough to get venomoid snakes (a process that's even worse for the animal than cat declawing).

I'd love to have a copperhead someday, but only after I have experience and a mentor. And fuck free handling it.

6.28 - Holy fucking shit the state of that room

Granted I don't know a ton about snakes in general, I think if your corn snake acts like his does, you have fucking problems. Aren't corn snakes among the most chill of snakes? Wtf did he do it it to make it that way? Also, I fucking pissed myself when he like did a weird screech when the snake bites him.
I'm more an invertabrate person than a reptile person, are there any invert-tards?

Corns are pretty chill in general but not all of them. One of mine was a bit of a fuckbag (the rest were/are great), when I first got him if you picked him up he'd swing his head around and bite you, he'd also bite if you were holding him and touched his neck, he became better but he was never the friendliest corn.

The local petshop also has a corn who's an ornery little fuck, he's the worst tempered young corn I've ever encountered. There were other corns in the shop who weren't tame but would wriggle when you handled them rather than biting.

I love how he runs out of breath just by talking.

I wonder if something happened, he's been quiet for some time now... I can only hope it was caused by someone stepping in before things got too bad and not that he got his hands on anything venomous.

I was thinking about Boaman the other day and I thought "shit I wonder if he literally died via venomous snake bite"
I honestly thought/hoped Boaman got bitten by that king cobra he kept talking about getting and then in some weird chain of events his animals got taken away but it seems that is not the case

Don't put that fucking Tegu near your mouth, considering it's enclosure is literally full of dumps you are going to get super salmonella

He was posting comments on You Tube up until August, but since then radio silence.
I'm telling you his snakes rose up against him and somewhere there is a house in the suburb that is now ruled by snake's iron fist/tail

So this thread just popped up for me and I'm just...heartbroken. I don't have any experiences with reptiles myself (I am researching for my first ball python extensively however) but everything just screams wrong for me. Poor babies..

Yeah, sadly this kid is like so many others.

Looking at the image, it looks like as though he might actually take a bite out of the tegu. That said, that lack of knowledge is what is going to get him in trouble as a reptile owner.

I'm guessing it's already gotten him in trouble because I'm guessing he has a pet graveyard in his backyard and mommy and daddy keep replacing his snakes and shit because they're as much to blame as he is, even more because they (probably) have the mental capacity to know better than to let their disabled son keep animals like this when they're in such, such unhealthy conditions.

This is from earlier in the thread:

I watched the third video and that was enough for me. The family as a whole appears backwards and completely irresponsible. The son is obviously touched with various problems and in no way should be allowed anywhere near any animal and what I assume is the father is similarly off-putting. That laugh. That laugh is redolent of a man-child stuck fair in the middle of an idiot IQ score. The simpleton parents supply these poor animals to this dingus and enable all of this poor behaviour...for shame! As an animal lover I hope against hope that somehow this clan of addlepates are held to account and are properly dealt with at some stage in the future.

In short, the general consensus is that daddy may not actually have the mental capacity to know better, although it's still speculative. Don't recall anything being said about mommy though.
