Not even most of them do that, and of those who do, not all of them are doing so to advertise sexual availability.

...I think. They make it fairly unclear.

At any rate, they're "on the down low" for a reason. But I suppose some of them will have sex with a trans woman as part of their last gasp of "I'm not gay!"
