Even a few short years ago, it was understood that being transgender didn't grant you the right to show off your penis to women in female only spaces. In fact, TRAs assured us normies that troons would NEVER do such a thing.
Now we're at a point where to deny men access to female only spaces = transphobia, and in some places, it's against the law. It doesn't matter if the troon in question is a man with a long history of indecent exposure.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out long term. How will the TRAs respond to this? This troon has a record of indecent exposure, yet he claims that he's actually a victim because he can't help that he's a woman with a penis. If we follow TRA logic, then he's right, he shouldn't be in trouble for exposing his penis. All those previous charges years ago were actually just people being transphobic bigots, right?
TRAs will have a hard time choosing sides here. On the one hand, they could say he's just a pervert and using trans as a shield... but by doing so, they admit that there's no way to know who is a "real" transgender person, and that anyone can claim to be trans with ease. Those damn TERFs were right all along!
On the other hand, sticking up for sex offenders certainly isn't going to win people over. By doing so, they aren't just telling women they have to suck it up and accept the girl dick, they are also opening up the flood gates for more perverts to troon out and cry about being victims of transphobia whenever they're caught being sex pests.
It's pretty worrying to think about all the perverts who will troon out and try to petition the court to be removed from the sex offender registry. All they have to do is claim that they weren't doing anything, they were just being their True And Authentic Selves. This, combined with the push to make deadnaming a crime (or at least not something you can easily do anymore), means that lots of perverts will be able to hide their dirty history and get away with abusing more people.
