Satan wants Christians fighting amongst themselves and accusing each other of not being real Christians. Rather than worrying about if someone else is doctrinally perfect we should look to our own salvation with fear and trembling before the Lord. All of us have fallen short of the glory of God, we're only justified by His grace which is through Jesus Christ.


But seriously, stop praying to Mary.

It's pure, protestant cope.

The schismatics will claim its because we've corrupted the original doctrine to turn The Faith into a neo-pagan, goddess cult, which is laughable in and of itself. However, what they won't tell you is that they had edit down the Bible and strip away the teachings of the original church fathers, many of whom were deciphering doctrine before a codified Bible was even in existence, in order to make their belief system even work. The prots will further cope and say they only removed books that weren't "divinely inspired" but fail to mention that Martin Luther wanted to go even further and remove more books, such as James and Hebrews, that still make it into their abridged bibles to this day.

Another favorite "gotcha" of the prots is that we're not Christian because we have traditions that aren't mentioned in The Bible (don't ask them where to find The Trinity in the whole of their scripture though). On the former point, I'm guessing they've not studied 2 Timothy that closely. We aren't Muslims; the living God still makes revelations of truth to us to this day.

By all evidence, Catholic Church is the only denomination of Christianity that was founded by our Lord Jesus Christ himself and to claim that we aren't even Christian is woefully ignorant of the history of The Faith, The Bible, and the early saints' words.

Christians are just Catholics that guilt outwards instead of inwards and believe that everyone has access to god, not just some dude in Rome that refuses to take off that fucking HAT.

Figuring out the right lore to fleece inspire your rubes congregation is all about being at the right place at the right time with the right audience and the right amount of Razzle Dazzle (See Spoiler For Explanation to this magical factor). You see, time makes things have some level of mysticism and romance to it. This is why when they speak of that troublemaking jew from that one preachy book, people can kinda believe it twice, cuz the guy didn't say all the things the first time.
And why nobody believes The Bible: Part 3. Mormonism , because it suspends all disbelief when some dick named "Joseph Smith" brings about some more dumb shit with but with golden plates or some other weak form of Razzle Dazzle

God only grants grace to a single body; if half of that body severs communication with God, it no longer has the grace to carry out the sacraments and ceases being Christian. It is why schismatics are considered "ex ecclesia". That's the answer I'll give you without turning this Q&A thread into a theology sperging thread.

maybe its just me but i think that children from catholic families today are more likely to complain about their religion than other families with diff. christian denominations

because you worship things other than god (like mary and saints and the pope) and make up shit (like the primacy of peter, mary's immaculate conception and assumption/queen of heaven shit) and push satanic ideology (climate change, homos, ally with islam, etc)

How is that possible when the Roman Catholic church did not exist until the 11th century as a product of The Great Schism? Before the 11th century what was essentially the unitary Christian church for most of the world was not the Catholic church, it was an amalgamation of both what would become the Catholic church and the Eastern Orthodox church. To say that unitary Christian Church was the same as the post-11th century Roman Catholic church would be grossly inaccurate.

because jesus could foresee the future, as he exists outside of time. same way he knew the temple would be destroyed, his execution, etc.

aside from being God, he was also a perfect student of the prophets and scripture.

Jesus said to be poor, not trust in men claiming to be speak for God, not worship idols.

Catholics obey the pope, who lives in luxury with expensive gold laden churches. The dress code, titles, and ranking is an utter joke. Your connection with God, through Jesus is a personal one, and does not need an intermediate.
