Personally, I enjoy Vintage Story. I'm able to live out my Neolithic fantasies from the comfort and safety of my own bedroom.

The specific niche of rs3 where you establish every skilling item for the specific skill so it's pretty much afk but with very important crap that it's still profittable via esoteric mathemagicks. Like archaeology with every talent, item, perk, etc to indirectly make 25m an hour (the baseline average is 5m/hour for a lot of other shit btw, as in you dump literal shit in a machine and let it run for an hour and you get 5m).
Keep forgetting what I'm making money for though so I end up buying stupid shit like golden partyhats.

But I guess for games I actually play, DMC 3/4/5

American Truck Simulator. I like to put on the radio and listen to 80s music while hauling cargo. I also love traveling through the big cities, especially at nighttime in-game. It just feels so comfy and relaxing.

Minecraft. It hits me in the autisms.
To be fair, you don't even have to get real autistic with it to enjoy Minecraft. Very comfy game for even the most casual play imaginable. I know this old dude that plays it and he doesn't even build anything most the time, just hikes around and checks out all the cool randomly generated shit in infinite world mode and is perfectly content with that
