His parents are from somewhere north of Florida. Florida is half redneck, half surfer/boat dudes, and half Jew. @Null is a supreme internet autist. All these powers combined we get Captain Plan.... I mean Jersh.

I honestly didn't really notice it until you pointed it out. I'm pretty sure it's mostly an unconscious "slightly-breathe-out-of-the-nose-while-talking" thing he does instead of it being attributed to an accent. Some people are more nasally because their physiology is weird.

Also WTF is up with him call roblox rawblox? Its a game where you make robots outs of blocks right? Row-blox. How the fuck could he have played the game for 20 years and still not know how to peonounce it?

I only know a handful of people from Florida, from Polk county, but the one I'm thinking of says water with that almost o sound, just like how Josh does. There seem to be quite a few different accents in FL though, because some of you speak like Alabama rednecks, and some of you have midwestern type-accents.
