At least Chris isn't a necrophile. And he'll be in jail and have no way of contacting her ever again.:optimistic:

That article literally says it's all joint, or if one wants to keep certain property, such as a house, that the estate doesn't have the resources to settle. One cannot have debt forced upon them in the United States because someone else died. The use of the term "inherited" in this article is extremely misleading.
It's unusual but you can inherit a debt.

Inheriting by definition depends on death. In the Pennsylvania case, the mother was not dead; she was in the nursing home who sued the son for filial support under the (then) filial responsibility law.
The IRS on the other hand...

In that case, the daughter of a (deceased) parent reached a settlement with the plaintiff. But the fact that she faced the lawsuit in the first place (and had to show that she couldn't pay) should be indicative that there are states that will let people\businesses come after you in certain circumstances for parents' debt, even after death.

Not like any of this relates to Chris. I think the last month has rendered the question of what happens when Barb dies (as it relates to Chris) largely moot.

Hopefully Bella is the "final boss" of the trolls so there'll be no more weens trying to mess Chris up even more, trying to be "the next Clyde Cash". Also there's not going to be another Clyde Cash.
When he gets out, no matter when does, there are going to be people wondering what happened to him after his release in different pockets of the internet (like here) and you'll have weens constantly revolving around all his socials waiting for the day he graces the internet's presence once again, to start anew... yeah right

The next group of weens and A-logs looking to troll Chris for internet brownie points. *sigh*

Look back on the first page of this thread, when @CatParty started it, as an edgy boi, and think back to those halcyon days, when joking about Barb dying was something we could all do in good humor. Look forward to today through those eyes.

Shit has happened that makes Barb just dying look funny, like innocent humor.

Well, welcome to reality.

It won't be funny. It will be a release.

Barb dying suddenly seems incidental now. It would’ve been THE game changer for Chris before all this, the event that was going to shit him out into the real world with catastrophic and hilarious results.

That fate seems almost quaint these days.

Not only that, it'll be to Crystal, the daughter Chris always talked about having. Due to inbreeding deformities, Crustal either dies in infancy/early childhood or later has a short life full of physical and mental health problems before their heart gives out in their twenties. Chris himself doesn't get custody and is instead incarcerated and dies behind bars. Cole spends the rest of his life more miserable than before.

I expected a homeless or group home series finale, but things didn't turn out that way, it seems.
Crystal will be forced onto Cole, who will proceed to make her live in the belltower while he obsesses over ridding lower Manhattan of gypsies.

This will still happen if Chris gets sent to prison and eventually completes his sentence.
Yeah but before his entry into the real world would’ve been a gentle one-log shit into the toilet of adult life. Now, it’s gonna be a hot Mexican blast of fiery projectile diarrhea.

Ha I recall a big concern for his future being only getting to keep ONE room full of precious toys and vidya. Now he’ll all he’ll have is a trash bag full of whatever he got booked with and that’s it. All his worldly possessions. Ironic fate for an ultimate hoarder like Chris, a guy who’s obsessively saved everything since childhood.

doubtful

Null pretty much cut ties with Chris, especially after finding out that Chris lied about that money thing just after the big happening.
For the what, third or fourth time? Either Rocky comes out of retirement or Null is going to get a stress sigh collect call from the prison release section.

I doubt this would happen but be really funny.
After all what has happened, imagine when Barbs die it’s discovered that in her Will she leaves anything that she has to Cole.
