There are 4 options honestly unless something REALLY changes before Barb keels over.

1: He gets taken in between some sort of adult care facility/some distant relative. This is the most unlikely honestly. Most facility's like this cost money, and I don't know if Chris has any family. This is also the best thing that could happen to him.

2: He gets on welfare and gets the house. Now, this has a caviot. If Barb owns the land and house, then Chris will 100% inherent it. Chris cant realistically get a job at this point, and he is extremely disabled, so I'm sure he can get welfare. Of course, this needs Chris to be somewhat financially responsible to stay alive, but this could turn out decently for him. But if Barb doesn't own the land, this point is moot.

These are the good outcomes. Sadly, the bad ones are also more likely.

3) The start of the homeless saga. Chris gets kicked out of the house he doesn't own and has to try to find an apartment with whatever pittance Barbs death gives him in money. He'll still get welfare, but he probably won't be able to get one, and even if he does It'll be so ghetto its basically the same as him being homeless. Him being homeless is gonna worsen his mental state, he'll loose the internet, and his Tv. I think that'll make him kill himself. I don't think Chris can survive a ghetto shithole or homelessness. This isn't the worst bit either.

4) Chris gets taken In by someone who wants to take advantage of him. Weather it be an organization similar to the Tranch or it be one of his crazy trolls looking to take the joke too fucking far. I really don't think I need to describe how bad this would be, and I think this is a fairly unlikely thing. But if it happens... Its gonna be bad.

2-3 are the most likely of these, but 4 is more likely than It should be. Either way, Chris is gonna get a realty shock, and it'll either kill him, or it'll hopefully wake him up enough that he can pull himself together. I hope for the best, but expect the worst.

Looking at number 4, Sockness comes to mind. Or half expectedly, Null.

Sockness(I think) was the dude that I was mostly thinking of. Sorry I'm a novice with Chris stuff because Chris is really depressing to look into so every time I start looking it to it I end up sick to my stomach. Thats the really bad end for Chris. Null would be better, relatively, but I don't think hes got the capabilities to help Chris. Both financially and emotionally.

The US of Epsteinland is like that. They dont give a shit about minorities and would rather bend thine knee to pedophiles, but hey. more lulz for those who dont truly care.
I'm not sure what you're talking about but Chris just doesn't qualify for welfare. His SSI income (which comes from the federal government) is already more than plenty of people working full-time jobs at minimum wage earn. To be on welfare, he'd have to convince the same federal government that the money they're obviously already paying him doesn't pay him enough.

The math even a bureaucracy does says no, Chris's :tugboat: is already paying him enough. This is how this shit works.

Yeah. Given how long Bob lasted in the game, Barb is unlikely to be different due to the sheer fact that women are statistically proven to live longer lives than their penile-bearing counterparts. But then again, she seems frail as fuck and prolly munched on a fucktonna mcdonalds so I won't be surprised.
The thing to remember with the Chandlers is anything could happen. People are living longer for sure, but Bob was being eaten alive thanks to Barbs disgusting housekeeping skills and hoarding. The house-fire could of easily finished Barb off, Chris could make more mistakes such as mixing her meds wrong or she could sustain a life threatening injury from the hoard like tripping over or avalanche.

There's still plenty of things other than old age waiting to claim her in 14BC.

Whilst I DO agree, I'm presenting my argument from an old-age standpoint. You present a very plausible point.

Would Null even have the patience to take in Chris under his wing?
With his experiment with the GoFundMe thing, it appears so. The only thing going on for Chris is his cult following. As long as Chris doesn't go full merge/play pretend, I think Null's got things handled.

Which is more than I can say for Barb because the only thing she ever helped Chris out is having a roof to stay under.

Barb also nurtured his Oedipus Complex by her behavior and insistence he spoons her in bed.

Pretty sure there’s a plan from a bunch of former trolls to help Chris when Barb bites the big one. Not sure what the plan really is, but Geno Samuel mentioned it in one of his QnA’s a bit ago.
I wonder what happens when and if Barb has such reduced capacity due to age, dementia or terminal illness that she becomes completely incompetent but is still alive. That situation could be a lot harder to deal with than someone just dropping dead. I think her competence is something of an open question atm anyway.
I see it as a last resort for him to take Chris in. Possibly the homeless saga hitting in that event.
I would imagine any such action would take the form of trying to appoint someone to take charge of affairs and play social worker rather than the rom-com that would result from a kiwi actually 'taking him in'.

Maybe they can get Britney Spears' dad to take conservativeship over Chris; hopefully it would include holding him down and recording his screams.
