Barb dies, Chris loses the house, he has nowhere or nobody to go to. Sockness will crawl out from the shadows and invite a lost and bewildered Chris Chan into his arms. Jacob, dressed as classic Chris will propose to Troon Chris, nobody will attend the wedding other than a handful of Christorians out to document the horror show.

A dismal, abusive relationship would follow, in which Sockness coerces and exploits Mrs Sockness on the basis they’re going to make the dimension merge happen. A traumatised Chris Chan only kept going by the belief sonichu and rosechu are going rescue him at any time, the dimension merge always around the corner.

I'm looking forward to the squatter sagas, first with the bank trying to kick Christ out of his house and then wherever he goes after that. I'm sure some ween will be feeding him all the tenant's rights info he needs to stay in a place for as long as possible before someone can finally get a sheriff to evict him.

Does anyone think it's possible Chris will move out of Ruckersville/Virginia after he loses the house? It's not like he really has anything keeping him there, no real friends or family.

I could see someone tricking him to moving out to LA under the guise of making a live action Sonichu series so that we get a "Chris on actual Skid Row" saga. Maybe go to NYC to try and mooch off his half brother and get a "Chris takes Manhattan" saga.

Not really.

1. Chris somewhat knows the country; in his lifetime, he's only been to two states. But he's mentioned it before that he prefers Ruckersville simply because his autistic mindset is convinced that he doesn't like change.
2. Null's plan for Chris looks like it's only locked within VA.

Other than his brief stays in Richmond and the rental house, 14 BLC is what Chris has considered his home for a long while. Chris will be sad when Barb dies, but he'll be devastated when he's forced to leave his home.

Realistically it will be an amazing squatters rights case and a new arc that will make the current look like sanity.

If Chris can actually bring himself to leave without a police escort (press x to doubt) there's plenty of people who would at least try to take him on for a limited period of time until he PLs too hard. He could also #tramscrowdfumd for bux for those innocent souls who don't know about Chris.

Are squatter rights federal or state to state? If its state to state is Virginia gonna have a robust squatter rights or more of a Texas if it breaths and on your property and you don't like it then it's fair game.

I just asked my attorney (Wikipedia) and it's a state to state basis for adverse possession, in Virginia it's 8-10 years.

So if he manages to occupy the house and stay there for 10 years after Barb passes, he's ok. No idea how the fuck he will afford taxes and shit - if he even knows what those are.

Adverse possession only applies if someone isn't actively trying to assert their ownership over a property. So like if someone has a house and never visits and someone moves in and lives there they can make it theirs after years of obviously living there.

That doesn't apply in Chris's case, the bank will immediately start eviction proceedings on him if he refuses to leave. There's no scenario in which he maintains ownership of his house outside supreme luck or autism.

So if he bunkers down and stays in the house for ten years he just wins the house from the bank? Don't they get to go to court and get an eviction hearing?

Like I said, wikipedia law lol, I'm not familiar with US Law lol

Yeah, he's dead on fucked. Maybe people won't buy the house since you end up bumping into that dude's crazy shit (not to mention many services not mailing shit there) and the headaches that come with that. Or maybe a charitable soul will buy it from the bank and let him live there, rent free! (on his fucking dreams)

Nah, there's what Texas just said. CWC is fuuuuuuucked.

Does Chris know this?
I don't know. Null's plan seems to be a secret, or he's told a select few. I doubt Chris knows. Last time Null tried to help, Chris wouldn't stop playing pretend with his delusions, so Null did what everyone else does who tries and help Chris: wash their hands of him.

I assume once Barb dies and Chris' reliance on his delusions will shatter. That's when Null swoops in.

So the thing about Chris not ever moving a finger might be true.

It's just a bit strange that Null makes secret deals about Chris as if he was his property (brings me back to the recording thing, it's probably even the same people) but I guess when you basically own a person, anything is possible with a select few covering you up. Barb dies and Chris becomes Null's. It'd be useless to make theories so I guess we'll have to see what happens. I guess anything is fine if what he's gonna do to him is, well, legal... and even if it's not, he surely has this problem solved already.

I would guess Null has to keep any plans secret, just out of necessity - the second he even gives a hint of what they are, the trolls/orbiters would likely swoop in and start the sabotage. Those psychos that consider themselves Chris' "guardians", and that do nothing but feed his delusions, would be the worst.

@BATHMETHAMPHETAMINE Chris occupies a sweet spot where he's slightly too functional to be considered incapable of making choices but not functional enough to realise he's living in shit and do something about it. It's a lot harder to get social care to intervene than people think.

Will Barb's debt be left with Chris having to pay it? Also do you think the amount of debt is in the 6-digits?
Not sure, it depends if he's a guarantor I doubt any bank would find him sufficient for such a position in a loan contract - as what bank manager says if the old lady can't pay her gainfully unemployed overweight lazy good for nothing lesbian soul male offspring will.
