Yes, Chris will be obligated to add a certain monthly amount to the hoard in perpetuity, or lose the property. Are her wants outlined in her will?
Wait. Is Branchland not paid off?
that can change if push comes to shoveHow is Chris supposed to hold down a job?
He looks like a Circus freak.
this wont change though, but he'll put up with it and bitch about it later. He sees no problem in looking like a Circus freak.
as long as he doesn't shit himself he'll be fineReferences to his Dirty Crapped Briefs or his clearly unused Shower strongly suggest bad hygiene.
irrelevantThe guy is boring to talk to in most cases.
possibly irrelevantIf he's not boring, he could be midrange crazy.
perfect CEOHe's very lazy by inclination.
perfect popstarHe's not particularly smart.
okay so he can be a rapper thenHe's got a criminal record; his run in with the law directly suggests mental health concerns.
irrelevantChris has had one job and lost it after a couple months, tops. His History is crap.
you know he willSo help me if Chris is actually listing Michael Snyder as a reference on his resume TO THIS DAY.
with how he is, it's more like frying french fries.. amiright fellas? The truth is, Chris could probably grill burgers or lift boxes in a warehouse.
chris wont be in jail for that long[/QUOTE]Chris best odds, honestly, are after spending a year behind bars and having Tomgirl smacked out of him. There are chances of this.
The truth is, Chris could probably grill burgers or lift boxes in a warehouse.
But why would a fast food manager or a warehouse manager WANT to hire this guy?
You can get an illegal immigrant or a teenager with far better social skills for the same money.
How is Chris supposed to hold down a job?
If you do, it would be the first time I'd actually want to see Kengle's reaction to something. When barb dies I intend to offer Chris a job as my personal accountant.

I bet the house would be less than 80k to buy, but then to clear the horde, bring everything up to code, paint and landscape everything would exceed 200K.
I guess JenkinsJinkies moved out.EDIT: OK so I was surfing real estate listings in Ruckersville and found this house, it's literally right across the street from Chris. The layout and split level style are very, very similiar to 14 BC but obviously the place is in WAY better shape. Asking $230K (which is a good deal for any people looking to become a true Christorian)

I still want to know (in a detached, autistic sort of way) how much of the house actually got renovated from the insurance company. Did they just take the worst of the hoard out and repair the most obvious structural damage while slapping a bit of paint on it? Did the carpeting and floorboards get replaced? Did mold get introduced anywhere? Did they just retile one part of the roof or did they fix up the entire thing? What?
I estimated a few thousand dollars for repairs earlier because it was on the assumption that as part of the post-fire fixes stuff that would not have normally been renovated was done so and the fire ended up spreading to most of the house. I mean, once the family room has water and smoke damage, you may as well redo the entire flooring/carpeting along with getting a new fan, right? I've never had a property repaired after a disaster nor do I know what kind of insurance the Chandlers had so I don't know how extensive the repairs get.
