Simply put: Chris will beg for even more money, after inheriting barb's mountain of debt to add to his already large amount of debt, either lose his house after not paying the bills or get thrown in jail after not cooperating with the bank. Either way it's pretty bleak for chris

In the usa you don't inherit debt, unless you cosigned on it. If the decedent's estate cant pay off their debts, the creditors are SOL. Now they will try, but if you know your rights and tell them to sod off they have no leg to stand on. I would hate to see an estate sale of 14 BC. The only thing that isn't wrecked will be the plot of land itself.

Huh, never knew that, but the fact of the matter is that chris is still screwed when barb dies

i just hope he is proven in court that he cannot care for himself and becomes a ward of the state where he will live in either a retirement home or some random group home or institution where he will get abused by staff worse than the trolls ever did because the owner might not have any say and im not sure about the people who will technically adopt chris and let him live in their home since hes like mentally a weird 12 yr old a very gay one at that

I'm not sure where you live. In the USA, NOTHING is free, and affordable places (read: ghetto section eight) have multi year wait lists. We don't really have anything that could be considered a safety net these days. Joe and Jane Average are two paychecks away from the street. Chris is headed for disaster. Edit because the numeral eight produced a chris face with sunglasses.

He will be put up by a series of white knights almost as autistic as or even more autistic than he is until he runs out their patience by being a complete asshole. Then if he has to spend even a single minute actually homeless, he will use the white trash grifting skills he got from Barb to put a roof over his head long enough to get permanent tard housing. Somehow he'll miraculously escape all consequences for his stupidity and assholery yet again.

Wash. Rinse. Repeat. The Teflon Tard has a system.

I think we've all agreed that Chris's half-siblings won't bail him out after Barb has passed, yes?

Cole has expressed no desire for a relationship with modern Chris that we know of, and in addition he lives far away. Carol didn't attend Bob's funeral and seems to have written that part of her family off completely. David is nearby and had a (distant) relationship with Bob, but I doubt he'd be willing to take in his nearly-40 crossdressing half-brother.

Wasn't the last time Cole ever talked to Chris was when Cole tried to persuade Chris to get Barb to tell him who Cole's real father was? And Barb gave Chris the known lie answer and Chris was like "there you go now gimmie [whatever chris wanted at the time I forget]"? I'd imagine after that wanton dismissal of Cole's feelings, Cole probably cut Chris off forever at that point. I'm sure he only saw Barb in him from them on, and we all know how much he hates her, like genuine hatred.

I don't know if that was the last time they had contact, but I do know that Barb has proved to be a problem and Chris refuses to acknowledge that Cole has legitimate problems with her.

I’ll probably get optimistic ratings for NOT being optimistic about Chris miraculously sliding for the rest of his life, but even scumbag degenerates like philthy Phil and Sockness knew when to buckle down and start filling out some paperwork to secure housing. I think Chris will wait till the last possible minute, despite an overwhelming initial amount of support from tard guards, and by then no amount of autism cards will speed up the beaucracy. Chris is fucking himself in that he has all the tools to get things started, he just chooses not to. If he was lower in the IQ department, he’d have an assigned advocate, but his problem isn’t lack of intelligence or having no concept on how bills work.. it’s that he just doesn’t care. People that stop caring are exactly the type of people that end up homeless.

When one is coddled as much as CWC was (and still is), it becomes a factor. Even if you take away his fantastic imagination BS, at the end of the day, he's still human and has to think of how to sustain himself in the future. As you said, and as history has shown, Chris doesn't care. As has been discussed before, after Barb dies, Chris will still receive support. How long it will last depends on his enablers.

It would be possible to set up a trust fund, corporate entity, or charitable organization to help Chris by gathering funds and paying his bills. It could be set up to take the bulk of funds donated by "fans" to be out of the reach of Chris and his impulsive spending habits. However, this would require work to set the exact mechanisms in place, and a not insignificant amount of work (and willingness to go along with this) on Chris's part. There is another alternative, however. I am not suggesting this as a course of action, merely stating it as a possibility.

Warning: The following is not legal advice, but simply my own thoughts based on what I've read of publicly available information. I am not a member of the Virginia bar, and am not licensed to practice in Virginia. All people in the Commonwealth of Virginia (or any other jurisdiction) should consult with a licensed attorney if they have any legal questions.

So I've been reading over the Virginia code (the law for the state of Virginia) that deals with appointing guardians for incapacitated people. This can be found at Code of Virginia § 64.2-2000-2029. Under § 64.2-2002 (A), anyone may file a petition with the court to be appointed a guardian. You do not need to be related by blood or by law. You may have to post a bond (§ 64.2-2011).

§ 64.2-2000 makes a distinction between a conservator, meaning a person put in charge of the person's finances, and a guardian, who is put in charge of a person's general life. A person could petition the court to be placed in both of these roles.

Under § 64.2-2000, an incapacitated adult is "an adult who has been found by a court to be incapable of receiving and evaluating information effectively or responding to people, events, or environments to such an extent that the individual lacks the capacity to (i) meet the essential requirements for his health, care, safety, or therapeutic needs without the assistance or protection of a guardian or (ii) manage property or financial affairs or provide for his support or for the support of his legal dependents without the assistance or protection of a conservator."

Now, if you dragged me in front of a court in my jurisdiction and told me I had to argue that Chris was an incapacitated adult under this exact language, I would make the following arguments.

1. Chris suffers from a severe and currently not professionally diagnosed psychosis. He has a belief that cartoon characters are real and this belief has negatively impacted his personal and financial life. Remember, the idea guys were able to extort money out of him by pretending to harm a fictional character. Videos of him rambling on about the dimensional merge and how he thinks fictional characters are in the room with him should be shown to the court. His autism is not, as he may claim to the court "high functioning" (not a medical term, anyways). It resulted in a stunted development that left him with a mental state closer to that of a child in many respects. I could write a legal brief that's simply excerpts from insane things he's done from the CWCKI. Additionally, Chris is a compulsive liar, and will deny incontrovertible evidence that is not to his liking, only to deny his denial when the issue becomes too much.
2. Chris is not capable of making health decisions because he lacks a firm standing in reality. He sliced open his taint, not due to gender dysphoria, but due to a belief that a vagina was growing inside him and he needed to let it out. He had to basically be browbeaten into seeking actual medical attention. If he was not forced to see a doctor, he could have died from an infection.
3. Chris is incapable of providing for himself. The tugboat is not enough, on its own, to sustain the life of an adult. His prospects of being able to get and hold down a job are virtually non-existent. This is not only due to his antics being a matter of public record, but also his incapacity to perform basic menial tasks if they are not to his liking. His CADD certificate is worthless, and his only source of income is based on drawing Sonichu comics (which exist on shaky legal ground). He may qualify for other forms of government assistance, but he likely does not know that.
4. Chris has a poor understanding of money and attempts to educate him have proven fruitless. He is currently over $10,000 is debt, with no realistic prospects on ways to pay that off. When he receives money, he wastes it on frivolous children's toys. At some point, Chris may need to go into Chapter 7 (a bankruptcy attorney should be consulted, but Chris can't afford one).
5. Chris's housing situation is uncertain. He currently lives in a house that will likely become property of the bank upon his mother's death. Added points for argument if he's homeless at the time of the hearing, or going through an eviction and has no backup place to stay.
6. Chris has resisted all attempts of assistance by less obtrusive means. Many attempts have been made to minimize or rectify every single one of these issues. And every time, Chris has refused.

Those are just my thoughts on the matter. If there's any other people here who'd like to contribute to this thought, please feel free.

But who on Earth would step up to be Chris Chans tard wrangler?

Damn, 10k. I know Chris is in debt, but I forgot the amount. Even if he didn't have the debt, he'd still be wasting money.
He had the tools to make money (Patreon, eBay and etsy), and yet he burns through money faster than he can get it, and is irresponsible to diversify where the money goes and is notoriously late when shipping items. Even now with his autistical card game, not even his enablers would pay $300.00 for a deck. Goddamn Barb is irresponsible. Like any mother could, she could've shown Chris how to save (not just Bob).

Null tried to establish a fund for Chris, just for Chris to blow him off to continue playing make believe. Some with a lot of time and has accounting experience would have to fit the bill.

Simply put: Chris will beg for even more money, after inheriting barb's mountain of debt to add to his already large amount of debt, either lose his house after not paying the bills or get thrown in jail after not cooperating with the bank. Either way it's pretty bleak for chris
That or there will be that *one* person who feels enough sympathy to let Chris move in with them. They’d likely end up getting fed up with his bullshit and kick him out, which Chris would probably refuse to leave and end up getting arrested or institutionalised.

If Chris stays with the person long enough (time varies by jurisdiction), then they wouldn't just be able to kick out Chris. They'd have to go through a formal eviction process. Not that Chris would know that, mind you.

Glad I decided to join up after pouring over the CWCki. This was one of my burning questions. My speculation ran the gamut of thinking that Chris might stuff a deceased Barb into a chest freezer and not say anything to keep collecting her pension to having the cheapest funeral possible while trying to maintain residence at Branchland for as long as possible. I used to work for a funeral home as a mortician. The perpetually broke had very little choice but to turn their loved ones to ash. It wasn't until GoFundMe became a thing that we started to move away from the constant cremations. I wonder if Chris will have an e-beg for Barb's final wishes or if that e-beg will be specifically focused on him keeping his house or buying legos.
