Then again, I wonder if he resents it since Bob got himself and Barb a place for their urns, but did not do anything for Chris's final placement. Given how Barb's borrowed against his life insurance in the past allegedly, I don't think either of them actually cared about what happens to Chris after he dies, though Bob did pay off the house, but probably did it for Barb. He had to have known Chris was so financially incompetent that there was no way he could successfully maintain an entire house.

I think Bob thought the tug boat wouldbe enough to keep him alive or under a roof at most. Didn't most of the e begging start after Bob's death?
 
Popping in from the Jack Scalfani thread - it's insane how these people just keep on living in the worst conditions. One's got 5 strokes, another lives in filth (and even survived a T-bone car crash). Absolutely crazy.
