To be fair it wouldn't necessarily show up there immediately, and it's quite possible they won't even bother with an obituary when she croaks.

If they ever put another date on this thing we'll know for sure even if Chris is cagey about it, but I'm pretty sure we'd get the news from him announcing it:

I really don't think he cares about Barb anymore. He's getting far more money than he deserves.

Not to A-log or anything, But..

Chris hasn't cared about barb in years, probably a bit before bob died. To chris, Barb is (Was) A person that simply.. Co-Existed in his house. I'm kinda spitballing here, but i remember him posting on social media that barb is just a "Husk" at this point, and that her souls moved onto C-197. Chris is under the impression that the woman who gave him birth is just a zombie greedily taking up residence in HIS house, I don't even think Chris really has the capacity to understand why he's ended up in this situation.

As awful as it is, the one good thing that came out of the incest saga was that it forced him out of the house. If he was still living in the house when Barb dies, I could see her death affect him a lot. However, presumably he's been forced to manage to live outside it and outside the hoard. I don't think emotionally he cares a lot for Barb - he's never really had empathy for many people outside himself.

The only thing I could see happening is that in case Barb is actually somehow still providing him with additional money it could affect him.

He already said in his delusions that he will keep living in his (garbage) body for millions of years. Chris' ginormous ego will never cease to amaze me.
Imagine signing a deal with the Devil, that you get to basically live the length of a prehistoric era, but the main repercussion is that you must inhabit a body composed primarily of fat and autism, and you're the laughingstock of the internet.

I don't think I'd sign that deal.

I wonder if Chris ever visits his father's grave.:heart-empty:
He most certainly would have made some social media post about it to show how caring or empathetic he is by visiting.

Then again, I wonder if he resents it since Bob got himself and Barb a place for their urns, but did not do anything for Chris's final placement. Given how Barb's borrowed against his life insurance in the past allegedly, I don't think either of them actually cared about what happens to Chris after he dies, though Bob did pay off the house, but probably did it for Barb. He had to have known Chris was so financially incompetent that there was no way he could successfully maintain an entire house.
