Pedophilia is one thing Chris hasn't done. Every unattractive male is called one today with no proof, so it's become a meaningless insult.

Well. If he's convinced he's in a polyamorous relationship with his 5 OC's. Then Necrophilia would be absolutely no problem for him. He didn't seem to care when Barb acted like a Dementia patient dying inside at this point.
 
I know that some people were disappointed that Chris Chan did not get to have his trial of the century by pleading not guilty to Barb incest and he never had his trial, however, surely that can’t let Chris Chan off the hook again if Chris actually kills Barb on accident during sex. What if Chris Chan starts to get a little too into it and starts getting too rough and her old 80 plus old body just can’t handle the thrusting and she dies during sex! That’s first degree murder! How would his lawyer get him out of that situation!

Even a foolish lawyer could get that down to involuntary homicide or whatever they call manslaughter in Virginia.

Sure, if it happened, it would be a bit difficult for them to just sweep it under the rug or run out the clock on an autism deferral, but he would have to really be careless to kill her by way of sex.

If he kills her, it will more likely be an old-fashioned pushing her down the stairs during an argument or getting her medication wrong.
There would also be a substantial delay between him killing her and the authorities finding out.

He 100% would try to hide her body or just put her in bed, and it would only be when the smell gets so bad that even he can't ignore it anymore.
He may even end up dying himself from trying to store a rotten corpse in his living space.

This has always been my theory. With Barb gone, the checks will stop coming in for her. Could Chris put together some cornball plot to hide her body and keep cashing her checks? I think so.

He might not dig a hole, or at least a very shallow one, but he'll stash her somewhere, maybe in one of the sheds, have a "Sonichu Funeral" for her when Magichan gives him its blessing, and Chris will be good.

I think Chris would try to turn her dead body into a mummy with his alleged mind powers, and would then start having sex with her mummified corpse.
