I made Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken) with basmati rice tonight with some roasted garlic naan.

Beef brisket in homemade barbecue sauce (mostly ketchup/molasses/vinegar base).

I Sous vide a fresh cut NY strip from the butcher, seasoned with Bali sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper, with a smear of garlic butter on the top. Then seared in an extremely hot cast iron pan.

With a side of corn and baked potato on the side, and a Ballast Point Brewery Victory at Sea, imperial porter to wash it down. The coffee vanilla flavor was a nice contrast to the peppery garlic of the steak.

I made a quesadilla with processed cheese and sliced ham. Pretty good with tomato soup.

Yesterday I Made myself a Jimmy Dean Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Bowl in the Microwave, I Can Make way more than microwave stuff but still, it was pretty good.

For lunch, I made a veal chop with a side of seasoned rice and greens.

Tonight we're having pizza, because fuck it.

Roasted leg of lamb, baked sweet potato, and greens. Because G-d fucking help me, I will power through this entire 2.5 lb. of greens.

Chocolate chip cookies from scratch, NOT with shitty emulsified chips.

It's snowing in March fuck you im grilling still.

Friends over for board game night so forgive simple but burgers were done.

I had a bit of a nostalgic itch this weekend and made an apple crisp using some golden delicious apples I picked up. My nan made this all the time when I was younger. Mine is better.

I'm baking onion and roasting garlic. Baked onions were popular in the 1700s. They're surprisingly good on their own with salt and/or butter, but I'm using these in prepping.
