Dusted the old Wii off, and have been playing The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. An oldie, but a goodie.

Been thinking of getting a 3DS in the future. Is the New 3DS XL worth it, or should I just go for the 2DS XL?
I've been pimping a 2DS XL for a while now, actually had a 2DS then saw the 2DS XL and got one on launch for form factor and horsepower.

It's great man, and the price is right, or as right as it'll be for Nintendo. Right now I'm about halfway or a little more done with A Link Between Worlds and I have to say the game has a ton of polish but the whole being able to rent/buy any weapon at any time makes it feel short to me and takes a little something away from the world dungeons although it could be my imagination.

Also picked up the Darksiders games to play through since the first was okish and I never played the second.

I'd go for the 3DS XL.
Had the 2DS (not XL), it felt like a downgrade from other DS systems and I had a few issues I hadn't with the other systems, back to the 3DS now and it's miles better, I think it's worth it.

Finally got round to playing Spyro Reignited.

I recently picked up a ton of older 360 games to go through for easy gamerscore boosts, so that is how I have been spending most of my gaming time recently. Boosting MP on games that nobody plays anymore for quick gamerscore. That is pure autism.

Might as well just go for the 2DS XL. I literally haven't bothered with the 3D on my 3DS in months.

Outrun 2006: Coast to Coast. I absolutely overlooked that game - I didn't even know it was released on PC.

It feels like something out of Dreamcast era and is a surprisingly fun arcade racing game. The graphics look quite impressive even today. However due to licensing bullshit, it's not available on Steam or elsewhere and can only be pirated.

Played through Hitman: Blood Money again and now playing Hitman: Contracts for the first time.

Rules and mechanics are slightly different, but so far I'm having fun.

A lot of the Sega PS2/Xbox/GC where Dreamcast titles that were later ported to those consoles. Outrun is one of my favorite driving games and Coast to Coast is my favorite of the series. Best video game music.

DMC3SE

Playing through DMD as Dante, been trying to do Vergil 3 for the past few days and goddamn he is a nightmare. I can make it to his last phase but he pulls out all the stops with fullscreen attacks that give him invincibility, DTing which lets him heal while he does those attacks, and then just nonstop aggression and mix ups. His main combo string takes about 3 quarters of your health from full so you really have to be on top of dodging and reading. As frustrating as it is its still very fun.

Persona 3 FES

P5 was such an enjoyable experience for me that I decided to nab this and P4 via the PS3 store. I would have gotten P4G if I didn't have to purchase a PS Vita, and after comparing P3P to P3FES, I figured the latter would be better to play anyway.

I haven't gotten too far yet, but so far I'm enjoying the experience. The dorm room music is baller.

Now that I have a bit more spare time I went back to playing Soulcalibur VI. My current main is the newest DLC character, my girl 2B from NieR: Automata. Both games with which I'm equally in love with. Soulcalibur VI is a thing of beauty as I described many pages ago. And now it has both Geralt from The Witcher and 2B! I'm in heaven.

Gothic 2 Gold Edition. Had to use a program to modify the game because I can't handle shit being OP to one shot me. If my skills were like that of the Russians and Germans that played the game, I wouldn't have to cheat or cheese anything.
