I'll kickstart it with a very common fear, which can bleed into many other sub-fears ; death.
It does not need to be narcissist, you could also have a greater fear than for yourself.

Rationally? Heights. It makes me feel dizzy and I have shit balance.

Irrationally? Cockroaches. I can't stand the sight of them. I've been in (very few) places where they have been in the open and I thank God for that every day. The one exception being Japan where they seem to be everywhere.

Horses. Bad childhood experience. Don't want to ride anything capable of making its own decisions, especially when it could decide to just totally kick your ass.
Funny how childhood memories can fuck you up.

I am not sure it's correlated, because it's not a special fear, but I remember very clearly my dad giving me a talk after I fucked up one day. Maybe I was 5 or so.

"Rel=, if you don't think things through before you act, you will not be around for long. Death is waiting for you at every corner. The moment you stop paying attention or act without thinking, it will creep up on you. You are the very opposite of invulnerable.." He meant well though. And it probably kept me alive, because I was really dumb.

I am irrationally afraid of flying, stinging insects. A wasp landing near my arm is a very unmanly moment for me, I straight up panic.
I’m scared of wasps too. However as a kid I used to catch them and eat them because of the zesty flavor. I discovered my newfound fear of wasps when I was in middle school and I stuck my middle finger up a hose outlet and got stung.

I like how you dump this as if it was common knowledge. Now I am curious, what do wasps taste like?

Heights, I think. The fear really only manifests when I'm next to a railing or a pane of glass. The rationale for the fear is that the pane or railing could give-way if I leaned on or near it. It's especially apparent when I'm within one to two stories of the ground. It seems the higher I am, the less I'm afraid.

Most things. I have to channel my rational brain when walking in the dark because the over reactive imagination makes me think there's always something out there watching me. I'll get goosebumps and run inside while trying to play it off.

Boy oh boy, I've a story about wasps. Did you know they bite? Found that out when one was crawling all over my face trying to get inside my mouth. Started biting my bottom lip. There's a lot of context missing for the events on why I didn't do something about this. But eventually it got bored and flew off.

Feels like a small pinch.

Any sort of bee or wasp, except honeybees. I just don't like the way they move. Also, drowning. I like the water and I enjoy swimming but I almost drowned by a fat kid pinning me underwater during a greased watermelon contest and it's not a way I would like to go. I don't want to go at all but drowning haunts my nightmares.

Fuck that fat kid. Also, fuck wasps and hornets.
