I'll kickstart it with a very common fear, which can bleed into many other sub-fears ; death.
It does not need to be narcissist, you could also have a greater fear than for yourself.

Irrationally? Cockroaches. I can't stand the sight of them. I've been in (very few) places where they have been in the open and I thank God for that every day. The one exception being Japan where they seem to be everywhere.
Cockroaches used to really bother me until I lived in a super shitty apartment in my early 20s and had to deal with them on a regular basis.

Rats though are another story - the more I see them, the more they fuck me up, it's gotten to the point that they make me straight up nauseous these days. The albino ones are the exception though, they're actually kind of cute.

Being homeless again. I'm honestly afraid I'd kill myself. Things are looking up for me now though so maybe it's an irrational fear.

And something happening to my cat. I already lost my dog to this trash hood I had to move back to. I'm trying to keep the cat indoros because I don't want her to get gobbled up by a roaming pitbull or hit by a truck. Thank God she's microchipped. But I'm working on her wearing a collar. She has to get used to that first before I can add the tags because she thinks they are toys I put around her neck.
