The Blue Blubber just posted this from a 6 year old case involving Ty's former lawteam. One of the guys (no longer working with Ty) misfiled subpoenas because he misunderstood the rules for decades, and got the team fined by the court as a result. He fully admitted to this, retracted the subpoena, and everyone went on their merry way. Now KickVic is trying to use this to suggest Ty Beards current legal team is a bunch of criminals who break the rules in the course of their cases.

Tangentially related yet amusing nonetheless:
This tweet of the whale has been brought up in PULL which, obviously, began foaming at the mouth when presented with the chance of Ty being anything but perfect. Somebody dared to go against the groupthink and point out facts.

Downvoted and called a white knight.

I saw this early on but didn't even consider it worth mentioning. It's utterly trivial, didn't even result in bar discipline, and doesn't even reflect that badly on the attorney who fucked up, who hasn't been associated with the firm in years anyway.

The fact alone that they had to go this far back to find anything vaguely objectionable says everything in my opinion.

Exactly, it wasn't even Ty who did it. This is the reach these idiots have to do to claim he's dirty.

I just don't know what possesses some people to dye their hair such unnaturally fluorescent colors.

Have you ever played World of Warcraft or something and been like "Human? Why the fuck would I be that? I want to be something fantastic not something boring?"
Lots of people these days have a pathologized version of that. They seriously loathe and are terrified of the prospect of being "normal." Normal is boring, it makes you the same as other person, it makes you not special and that thought is unbearable to them. So they can't have boring normal brown hair, they have to have SPECIAL hair, nevermind that everyone else they interact with also has "SPECIAL" hair. It's pathology, they don't think about it.

If Ren thinks she's being harassed now, she should go pour a bunch of her salt all over Elon Musk fanboys and see how that works out.
Did they go after those jew reporter after Elons tweets?

It's for this reason I don't trust anyone who dyes their hair to unnatural hues. I'm convinced that it's an early warning sign of mental illness.

Hey, just wanted to post an update so as to be accurate. Daugherty, the lawyer responsible for the subpoena, is actually still working with Ty on the case that these sanctions refer to - but still not on the Vic case. Nonetheless, these sanctions are entirely irrelevant to the Vic legal team's credibility, unless you think Ty did it and just pinned it on Daugherty somehow.

Weird thought, since these people keep bringing up "Blackface Lawyer" like it still matters - do you think all these people hate Robert Downy Jr.? I ask because apparently blackface is forever forbidden no matter the context. Hell he wore it for the grand majority of a successful film and he did it in 2008, which is way more recent than Nick's case.

They'll come after him too. He's ultra popular cuz of his role as Iron Man, so they have to wait a few years so they don't get as much pushback from people for attacking someone they like. Either that, or he'll try to get out ahead of it by denouncing himself long before it becomes an issue.

Oh, I wasn't thinking of it like that. I had meant it more along the lines of "have any of them expressed that they like RDJ" since it'd be fun to see if any of these idiots are being hypocritical for hating on Nick.

Or he could refuse to apologize. That is turning out to be the best defense against these weirdos.

I'm surprised he hasn't been banned yet for making too much sense.

Also, RIP Azu.

They're obviously displeased with Vic giving Elon a shout out.

He didn't just blackface, he said reetard in blackface.

Oh no downvotes against someone I agree with! Better ban them. Fuck they're autistic

To be fair, both revenge rating and caring about it are pretty autistic.

OTOH all of those posts were phenomenally dumb so it might not have been revenge at all unless it involved unrelated posts.
