Well, she's already on the defensive. She's, at the very least, sought legal counsel. Shes under looming litigation from both TUG and EVS and she can't afford to run defense on both. She's not only more careful about what she tweets, but she's blocking anyone she thinks might have insight on her that could help build a case against her.

The Blue Blubber just posted this from a 6 year old case involving Ty's former lawteam. One of the guys (no longer working with Ty) misfiled subpoenas because he misunderstood the rules for decades, and got the team fined by the court as a result. He fully admitted to this, retracted the subpoena, and everyone went on their merry way. Now KickVic is trying to use this to suggest Ty Beards current legal team is a bunch of criminals who break the rules in the course of their cases.

Because they've been going through everything Ty's ever done, and the most relevant thing that looks remotely bad on him is as far back as 6 years. There's absolutely nothing there, so they are just pulling at straws.

Lol call it for what it is. This is nothing more than a stunt to try and fund their shitty comic book. She spammed plugs for it on a few responses. This is what desperation looks like.
 
So she is using the attention from fan outrage to start shilling this kickstarter. Its a horror anthology with an estimated of about a hundred pages(?). When you go through the list of the six gorillion creators they have working on this comic you can see that it also features ol' blue. It doesn't say what she's doing, but she's listed there. I think this is their way of verifying ol' blue in the comics industry to get her more work, again what she attributes I do not know, & grant her influence in the comics industry because the sad sacks run comics now like that she wanted to beat a veteran or whatever the hell comicsgate is about.
