Well it should. This is a good example of how these channels, one way or another, lose focus over time. This just makes me more angry over CN Real.

From what I've seen of Harvey Street Kids so far, it's a pretty fun show.
That is a shame they didn't preserve that. I was expecting a joke to come up of her room being considered off-limits by her friends simply for what they know is in there!I watched it recently and it was decent. My problem with it is that the characters are very different from the comic counterparts especially Dot. A major part of her character was that she was obsessed with dots, that she keeps drawing/collecting dots, hence her name.

You can just tell who was behind this show. And the other thing they changed was Gerald, Lotta’s boyfriend who went from a shy diminutive nerdy kid to a hip cool new kid that swooned Lotta.
Batman TAS
Megas XLR
Hey Arnold
The Iron Giant
Are the best.
I hate to say I like it a lot more than the new DuckTales series but I guess it's just personal tastes. That Caballeros show is really funny. Would recommend it.
Seemed like the 1980's was the peak of Halloween specials IMO. I haven't paid attention to network TV in a long time to know what they do anymore, but it doesn't surprise me they still like to hack Great Pumpkin to bits like that. With the stores putting out Halloween decorations, I have to wonder if there are going to be any decent Halloween specials this year. It seems with each passing year the networks work on cutting back their Halloween content. Last year the only specials I remember seeing was an incredibly butchered It's a Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown and that crappy Scary Godmother movie. It really would be nice to see stuff like Halloween is Grinch Night, Garfield's Halloween and some of those Scooby Doo DTV movies from the late 80s and 90s to have some actual scares.

I would say the era of the prime time TV special has practically ended as far as networks are concerned. The only time for specials these days is Christmas, sad to say, but all the great ones are available easily, so why complain?
(Don't forget Witch's Night Out. Or Mad Monster Party. Or the anime Dracula and Frankenstein films.)
