Some creative idiots in Orenburg, Russia decided to organize a dancing performance about Winnie-the-Pooh, involving 16-year old girls twerking in front of their parents. What could possibly go wrong?

The end result: video causes public outrage, dancing school is forcibly closed by local authorities, the regional Investigation Commitee becomes really interested in the work of the choreographers (Article 135 of the Russian Criminal Code "Act of perverting minors under 16 years of age without using violence committed by a person over 18 years of age", possible punishment - a prison term of 8-10 years).

Meanwhile, the Russian internet community which found the video in the first place is either angry or giggling at the perverted idiocy of the man who decided to organize such a thing.

It's a reference to Soviet cartoons about Winnie the Pooh.
