God fitness "humor" seriously is the worst. Saddest thing is there's people who genuinely believe this shit is real.

I blame chef crackhead for taking away the mentsGod fitness "humor" seriously is the worst. Saddest thing is there's people who genuinely believe this shit is real.
I picked some up today, I'll let you know if I live.Anyone take N Acetyl L Cysteine powder? Everything I’m reading about it seems too good to be true? Especially given you only need to take one gram a day and can pick up one hundred grams really cheap?
Is it just retards spazzing at the placebo effect or is it worth add this to my shaker (even though it’s meant to taste terrible?)
Like, "having two hands"?there's a reason why chinks sell grip strength trainers in pairs.
I’m ordering some at the end of the month. I have a feeling it may end up in the bin.I picked some up today, I'll let you know if I live.
I purchased a super cheap chest expander that used metal clips to hold the springs. I actually pulled the damn thing so far apart one of the clips failed and popped the spring straight into my chest.Chinese manufacturers are untrustworthy, but no-one else makes them.
Made in China training equipment are crap and dangerous to your health.
You get what you pay for, brother. You're better off making your own chest expanders with power tools, metal bars, springs and rubber for grips. Depends if you're on if you're urbanite or not you could consider weighted clothes with basics stretches.I purchased a super cheap chest expander that used metal clips to hold the springs. Luckily I didn't get hit in the eye.
I was at one point but I started having some health issues and got spooked. It was probably unrelated, but I've developed the opinion that it's best to avoid pharmacological or exogenous intervention unless you have a good reason. The human body and especially the endocrine system is complex and multifaceted and above all homeostatic; it's not structured like an engine or a circuit or a series of tubes, it's a black box, and we've observed outcomes from inputs and convinced ourselves we know how it works, but the myriad of complications and contradictions and contraindications have shown that to be hubristic.I'm curious. Is anyone here on TRT? Or "TRT+"?
I'm 47 and was prescribed TRT for reasons unrelated to lifting. 200 mg test cypionate per week. I'm just curious how much of an effect it will actually have in terms of gaining muscle/strength.I was at one point but I started having some health issues and got spooked. You are the CEO of your body. You will never understand any given system intimately enough to manage it yourself, let alone all of them, and that's fine, that's not your job. Your body knows how to manage itself, it has had millions of years to develop and iterate and improve upon that. Your job is to allow it to do that, and respond to its demands and give it what it needs to keep operating smoothly. As a general rule, that's going to mean things that weren't invented in the last century.
Eat right, sleep right, lift, eliminate visceral fat, quit blasting ropes to zog porn. Ensure that you're getting enough test precursors -- DHEA, zinc, etc. Avoid endocrine disruptors. If your body still won't do its job, then you can pin test. Or do it now, I'm not your fucking dad.
This is a fantastic post. I started doing a couple forearm exercises during upper body days a month or two ago and am noticing my forearms looking bigger already.Dumping exercise videos for for forearm training.
An older male family member got on it in the last few years because his testosterone was incredibly low. It gave him a second wind on life. He had some health scares before getting on it and I genuinely thought he was going to die in a few years. Now he's doing much better. His muscles haven't jumped up, but he does have energy and seems alive again so there's that.I'm 47 and was prescribed TRT for reasons unrelated to lifting. 200 mg test cypionate per week. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue, and although my T levels weren't super low the doc reccommended it as a therapy. Im technically still at 140mg per week, though it will ramp up to 200mg per week over the next several. And yeah, the difference in terms of energy levels and even quality of sleep is major. An older male family member got on it in the last few years because his testosterone was incredibly low. Thanks! I often forget that “eat well, move more, lift heavy things, have a good sleep” is pretty much all there is to it.I'm just happily content with multivitamin/creatine/whey concentrate. Everything else is too tenuous+expensive to consider. If you're going to take roids you basically have body dysmorphia. At a certain point you can't realistically get stronger. The ancient Greek story of Milo isn't real, a person cannot carry an ox on his back. But you can still be stronger than 99% of people.
It's nice that roids are largely not a thing in calisthenics. The only real accusation I see floating around is against Ian Barseagle whose entire gimmick is being "Mr. 188cm / 95kg" in a "sport" dominated by people under 170cm. Despite being very strong in absolute terms, specializing in weighted pull ups, he cannot do advance skills like a clean full planche, he's just too tall.

You're just jealous you're too poor to afford better living through modern chemistry. Now go do dome jumping jacks.natty life, if you take TRT and you're under 50 you're a dirty roider and you're gonna turn into Mike Israetel (meat cube person).
I take Multi + fish oil + vit d + collagen/biotin/keratin + vit a/ala + ashwaganda + l theanine + NAC + creatine + protein + fiber.What non-roidhead supplements would people recommend? I’m pretty much just taking creatine and multivitamins but I am getting old.
Going to try some NAC as my lungs haven’t been the same since a really bad case of covid.
I’ve not touched protein powder as I’m a decent cook and would just use it as a cope to eat more meat but I might start after I’ve got rid of a beer belly.
I've done gear, and straight up it was really retarded and I do not recommend it to anyone. Medical, as in an actual doctor not a bs doctor, intervention is a different thing but guys just don't bother if you don't need to.I was at one point but I started having some health issues and got spooked.
