If WW points were 'allowing' her to eat unhealthy things, there is literally no difference with calories. She has a number and feels she has to eat to that number. Going by macros might be helpful as having to keep the ratio would then mean she'd have to make some healthier choices, but all of that is predicated on AL being able to stick to anything with consistency and honesty, which she has proven repeatedly she can't.

Bottom line: there is no plan or program out there that can control you. Even if she somehow manages to go ahead and get bariatric surgery (the most extreme choice she can, which would change not just the restriction in her stomach, but could also help reset chemical response to food in her brain and bacteria makeup in her gut), past the initial point of healing you have to make choices and do the diet and exercise to be successful. That is why even though bariatric surgery has a higher rate of addressing obesity, it still has a fair percentage failure rate. It's an opportunity to address her issues with food, not a solution to them.

AL wants an option that will absolve her of all responsibility while still also forcing her to stick to it, while still allowing her to eat the crap she wants.

The fact she didn't edit out the 593.6lbs "slip" just shows even she thinks her videos are too boring to watch. I'm sure she just strings her clips together and hits upload, to never think of again.

The fact that she stopped a diet in which she could eat all the crap she wanted and still lose weight is also very telling. She doesn't want to lose weight. Which is totally fine. She can still be an inspiration to others wanting to lose weight, by putting them off their dinners.

AL is lucky she's living in 2018, because in 1918 PT Barnum or someone else like him would be carting her around the country charging admission for a peep at her, like the freak show she is.

Her life would be similar in some ways. Instead of a YouTube paycheck for being a fat freak, she'd get a circus paycheck for being a fat freak. People would stare and laugh like they do now. Traveling with the circus means she'd have a roof over her head and she'd be taken care of like she is now.

I think I got her age/height right if not correct me. These are the caloric numbers Amber is working with. Yeah, you can easily fit a 20 piece nugget meal in there. And have fruits and vegetables and deli meats and whatever. 3,500 calories is a huge number for maintain your weight. She’s not wrong. Weight watchers was allowing her to eat all that. And guess what? She still lost the 20 pounds because it allowed her to eat all that in moderation. She needs 24,500 calories a fucking week to maintain 500 pounds. You can fit all kinds of bad foods and fast food and lord knows what else. Just skimming a little calories off the top resulted in? WEIGHT LOSS. That how almost every successful fat persons loses weight. They don’t change what they eat all in one big hurdle. They slowly skim off the top until they keep skimming the calories and progressively (over time) eat better because they gotta keep slowly shrinking their calories.

Anyways, rants over. It’s just amusing how she can actually look at the scale. Know that she lost 20 pounds. And go “oh jeez I better do something else because this method of weight loss is too freeing. It’s not restricting me enough while being successful in helping me lose weight. Better switch to something that will cause me to fail”
She never showed us a scale after she joined WW. I don't believe she stuck to the program or lost anything.
 
You know, this zaftig beauty makes some great points. Weight Watchers hinders weight loss goals. An emphasis on nutrient-dense high-fiber and high protein foods and unrefined carbs is bad. WW makes you reward yourself for making healthy choices. They make you eat a tub of ice cream when you do "good" and only eat "zero point" Chicken McNuggets. That can only cause weight gain. Eating 1500kcal of greasy slop in a restaurant and then 700kcal of McDonald's (crispy chicken only! no grilled anything!) and then a demi baguette (500kcal or so for a 9 inch baguette) and then an entire bag of candy bars is how you lose weight. She should write a book so that other can be as successful as she is.
She put herself on a totally unrealistic 1600 calorie diet and binged on day 6.
She could lose 20+ pounds per month on a 1600kcal diet. She just can't stick to it. She has to eat. She can't plan for a day. 1600kcal is 2-3 meals of a 500kcal. That is not a lot of food. Her "Snack Wraps" at McDonald's were over 700kcal and she had to have fried ("crispy") instead of the healthier grilled option. She won't lose any weight until it is too late.

For some time now McDonalds has been printing nutrition info on their packaging. The calories are right on the fucking box of nuggets in large font. She can see the calories without having to google or use any app. I don't think she's too stupid to know that stuff wasn't actually zero points whatever that means. (WW is stupid just count the fucking calories why do you need an additional program to help you COUNT?)

I don't know what her angle is in lying like that, it's pointless. Maybe an attempt to imitate how stupid Trisha Paytas is? Like dogs don't have brains, right? They can't talk so how do they have brains?

Frankly, the only way for her to lose weight would be to physically restrain her. Other people put in the same situation might eventually learn how to lose weight on their own, but Amber takes so much pleasure in being contrary that the moment she gets released she'll gain at an even faster rate than she does now.

Which, just won't ever happen for one giant reason. Necky. Necky is her feeder, when Hamber becomes bed-bound, Necky will still continue to drive all over and buy massive quantities of food for Hamber. I can see Necky going as far as physically feeding Hamber if Hamber became so large that her hands could no longer reach her mouth. Until her youtube money dries up she will continue to get larger and larger.

I fully agree, I don't think any person can make her, even if anyone (herself included) cared enough to.

I mean more that she wants a program/plan/weight-loss wonder solution that will somehow have her being on plan while not having to extend any effort doing so, and is impossible to fall off of, while still not requiring any sort of will-powered decision making from her. It's a futile endeavor as there's nothing out there that can absolve her in that way. Even plan 'allows' her (ahem) to eat in the ways she does because there is no plan that cannot be ignored, cheated, or eaten around, and nothing can stop the choice to do that but her (which is debatable in and of itself at this point without some serious professional help).

Is it possible she never even joined weight watchers again in the first place? I don't know how it works, but doesn't it cost money to sign up for that so you can get your plan? Obviously Amber likes to waste money on stupid shit, but it lasted like a week, if that. Maybe she just said she was on weight watchers because people kept asking about weight loss?

The only time she’s actually lost weight was when she had no control over her diet— when she was living with whatever girlfriend is was (I’m bad at names and does it really matter?) and her family who made all the food choices for our gorl. That shows that she lacks one of the most basic things you need to lose weight: self-motivation.
She’ll victimize herself by saying WW doesn’t work, it’s “too freeing”, when the problem is that AL is a stubborn fuck who wants to continue eating horribly without being held accountable for her actions. That’s why she pretends to be a binge eater.

She needs to be forced, but she doesn’t have the motivation to force herself to anything. Typical fattie behavior.

Yep, everything you'd need to calculate is online. Interestingly, that may explain why she think McNuggets are point free. You can get a list of 0 point foods online pretty easily and she wouldn't have bothered looking any further than that. I'd be shocked if she actually joined.
 
She is actively (hurhur) choosing not to look. I Googled "0 point foods on weight watchers" and the very first thing that popped up was "boneless skinless chicken breast"

Even people with legit r.etardation can diet and successfully lose weight, and I'm not going to disrespect people with actual disabilities by calling her that - but Hamber sure is *something*
