THIS is WW zero points chicken. It takes all of 2 seconds to find it on their website. These are not chicken nuggets, they are 1 serving at 4 ounces each. Yet she'll sit there and say WW gave her too much freedom to eat a 20 piece Mickey D's meal. They don't say that - never have, never will.

Ingredients
  • 1 spray(s) cooking spray
  • 1 pound(s) uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s), four 4 oz halves
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
  • 2 tsp rosemary, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 medium lemon(s), quartered (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Coat a small, shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.

Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Transfer chicken to prepared pan and drizzle with oil; sprinkle with lemon juice, rosemary and parsley. Pour broth around chicken to coat bottom of pan.

Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with fresh lemon and serve.

Serving size: 1 chicken breast half

Is tdee fat cunt speak for basal metabolic rate?

no. it’s “total daily energy expenditure”, which is your BMR + any movement or activity you do in your daily life. someone as sedentary as our gorl likely has a TDEE that is close to her BMR.

Pretty sure a bag of chips, Red Barron's microwavable singles (420 calories), a large loaf of french-bread (50 calories), Recesses peaces big-flavored buttercups (70 calories per bar), Oscar Mayer rotisserie seasoned chicken (50 calories per slice), Kraft avocado mayo spread (45 calories), and about one whole sandwich, Probably has added a few more pound's to her weight gain diet.
The Reeces are 200 per cup. They are the bigguns, so that pkg was 1200 kcal alone. I think it's a typo, but the bread was closer to 600 cal., not 50. 150 k cal per serving with 4 servings per baguette. And the mayo is per tbs, of which AL likely used much more than one tbs. She is exceeding 4000 easily kcal on the regular.

So snowflakes needed a new algorithm? Is this a ww thing?

It's a science thing. Helpful when losing weight to have a general idea how many calories your body is burning every day. There are clinical tests you can get to get a more precise and accurate measurement but "quick and dirty" methods work pretty well. Her TDEE has been well guessed here many times.

She admitted she ate over 6,000 calories at the end of April ("it's just 6,000 calories" lol) which is probably closer to what she's eating on a regular basis. The number ~4,900 was tossed around to maintain her (then) current weight and she's obviously still gaining. I'm sure she eats upwards of 10,000 calories during a binge.

So basically her mindset is "so many healthy things are 0 points so of course I'm going to get some McNuggets".
What the fuck? Just because you don't know how to use the program properly doesn't mean it's at fault.

Amber could probably store an extra 100 lbs in her hips/ass without showing much of a difference in the rest of her body, so who knows?

I think I got her age/height right if not correct me. These are the caloric numbers Amber is working with. Yeah, you can easily fit a 20 piece nugget meal in there. And have fruits and vegetables and deli meats and whatever. 3,500 calories is a huge number for maintain your weight. She’s not wrong. Weight watchers was allowing her to eat all that. And guess what? She still lost the 20 pounds because it allowed her to eat all that in moderation. She needs 24,500 calories a fucking week to maintain 500 pounds. You can fit all kinds of bad foods and fast food and lord knows what else. Just skimming a little calories off the top resulted in? WEIGHT LOSS. That how almost every successful fat persons loses weight. They don’t change what they eat all in one big hurdle. They slowly skim off the top until they keep skimming the calories and progressively (over time) eat better because they gotta keep slowly shrinking their calories.

Anyways, rants over. It’s just amusing how she can actually look at the scale. Know that she lost 20 pounds. And go “oh jeez I better do something else because this method of weight loss is too freeing. It’s not restricting me enough while being successful in helping me lose weight. Better switch to something that will cause me to fail”
