He's like a pug who keeps biting its own tail.Professionalism appears to be beyond Warren’s grasp, hence his blind support of Brianna as the legitimate, Sanders supporting, feminist, survivor savior of Mass district 8.
I feel sorry for him in the same way I felt sorry for Jace Conners when I thought he was a real person.
I am so confused and I'm trying to conserve my cell phone battery so I don't want to do Facebook or Twitter searches. Did Warren actually make those memes, or did KiwiFarmers make them? Either way, that's some crap Photoshopping.
Nah, that was Warren.
He stayed up late before the caucus just to do that shit.
I know there aren't quotation marks, but how can it not be an FEC violation to make up pretend quotes for your opponents? Also how can anyone be so bad at Photoshopping? How hard is it to select the entire area to change the color on?
I think that these memes deserve greater analysis than we've given them
Second, the photoshopping. Where did he get this from?
I think that these memes deserve greater analysis than we've given them, and now that I have power again I can't stop looking at this horror show.
First of all, the photos. Two of the photos are headshots of the candidate smiling and looking directly at the camera. One is a shot from a distance of a candidate who is mostly hidden behind her hair, with weird posture, and doing something weird with her hands. I think it's shitty to go after people for their looks, and I haven't done it yet on this campaign, but this is too much even for me. This is literally the best photo that her one lone supporter thinks exists of her.
Second, the photoshopping. Where did he get this from? Why are all of the pictures crooked? Why, instead of selecting the entire white box and deleting it to be a white box, did he scribble over whatever text was there with white, which shows up clearly against the light grey that the box actually is? You could make a new template that is not crooked and with cohesive background colors in less time than it took to cobble this monstrosity together.
It is actually the local joke from the twenty people in Massachusetts following the primary that the third guy is a gun nut, so that's where all of his fake quotes come from. But they require that context to make sense And honestly there are probably 100 people in the entire state who even know that this guy is running. Even if this meme went viral, nobody would get this joke. And if you want a meme to go viral, make it have jokes that everyone gets.
The LGBTQ one is stupid because who the fuck cares about 1996. And it's poor copy because there's a detailed description of Lynch's actions, and not a single detail of what Wu has done.
The Single Payer Healthcare and the abortion ones are easy targets against Lynch, but his voting history for both is a lot more complicated than what can fit on that ridiculous graphic. It's stupid.
The Canabis one is stupid because "we need to stop the marijuanas" is trying to be cute, and it's stupid. Again, poor copywriting to have the tone so different between the two.
And finally, #CousinGate. #CousinGate is not a thing. "Psychically" is not a thing. Warren is not his cousin. The sibling murder story had nothing to do with Lynch's family. Ancestry is user supplied family trees, and it's possible Warren himself did it. "Warren gets a bit silly about it" is interesting: does he know that he went too far, even as he continues to go further? Also, #CousinGate is not a thing, and you need to stop making it a thing.
This is a heinously crappy Photoshopping job.

Brianna, oddly enough refereed to him as Steven's nephew in the tweet where she announced she was going to release a blog post on their encounter.I agree, these """"""Memes""""" aren't getting much attention because they aren't in the BWU thread, but this is really a trainwreck. Is Brianna Wu on record concerning if she believes that Lynch is his cousin? Because if not, the implications of a campaign volunteer putting out images attributing quotes to her saying that they are cousins are...well, implicating.
