With the fact that marks no longer cost points, I doubt that we will see CSM getting unique attributes based on their devotion to a particular god. Maybe there will be a benefit if you mark your entire army the same, GW seems to be giving 9th edition armies a lot of narrative based abilities, but the Death Guard are Nurgle's chosen, which would give them more blessings from Nurgle. Nurgle-aligned warbands like the Purge may devote themselves to Nurgle, but Mortarian gave Nurgle claim over an entire Legion of Space Marines which numbered in the tens of thousands. There will never be as many Space Marine which pledged their devotion to Nurgle at the same time. That probably enhanced Nurgle's standing in the Great Game and in return he blessed them accordingly. The Greater Blight Drone from the new Imperial Armour has Disgustingly Resilient, Nurgle's Gift, and Demonic. No details are given, only "see Codex: Death Guard". Putrid Explosion however, is typed out with the 4+ explosion rule. Also, the named Nurgle Daemons (Mamon, Cor'bax, and Scabeiathrax) have Disgustingly Resilient as well, although their note says "see Codex: Chaos Daemons".
Looks like Disgustingly Resilient is a Nurgle trait and not just restricted to Death Guard. Whether or not it can be applied to CSMs, Havocs, and Bikers through a Mark will have to wait until the Chaos Codex is released. Given there is "Nurgle's Gift", that might be the bonus from having a Mark of Nurgle.
