By the way that is exactly the type of bureaucracy nonsense that went down during the mid-Byzantine empire.
The Byzantines have jack and shit on the Adminstratum. They'd consider the Department of Redundancy Department a good idea since you can never have too many archives or duplicated efforts.

If you combo this with the dread host warlord trait, you should hypothetically be getting 2 extra hits on every six. Perhaps with this the sagitarium guard would be useful.

Update on my pile of shame. In the last 48 hrs I assembled/sub assembled the entire dark imperium and half of wake the dead sm armies. I did have an inceptor jump pack roll under a tire of a passing car when I was rattle can priming so..... but progress!
Where are you assembling models that they can roll under passing cars?

All I know is, I really like the skaven because they're goofy rat people and I fucking LOVE doomwheels. I always get too aggressive at the start of the game, though. I'm still learning diplomacy.

So is the Fabius Bile series of novels any good? I read the first one and I saw Manflayer is coming out.

Highly recommend. Bill is a well-developed and interesting character (and by no means one-dimensionally evil at all) and you get to see some more about the inner workings of Chaos warbands, his and others, including the transhumans he creates (glandhounds and "New Men.") I'm excited for Manflayer.

The melanochrome can make any marine jet black if exposed enough to "radiation" (UV? Gamma? Beta? What type of radiation? sci fi loves "energy" and "radiation" without specifying the type) But as said above, unless you are a salamander it reverts back.

The geneseed making space marines more like their primarch would be interesting to explore, but twitter would go mad at it.

Jonah was not hated because of some reasons:
-Chaos Rising did not emphasise it for woke points.
-He sounded like a space marine, not a space kangz, his speech was of the same pattern.
-Generally fictional characters who are darkies didn't make this much of an impact when it was not this much propaganda and this hyped. Al Bundy had a black co worker. I think he was called Griff

Woke grandstanding, empty speeches and such anger people. If GW just released a set of heads "Asian Male, Asian Female, African Male, African Female, European Male, European Female" (NO ABBOS!) and just said that they want to give people more options, than it would have been fine. Asian male head would propably sell well to White Scar players.

The problem is that they want to diversify it for the sake of just diversity. Don't change that which is not broken. 40k should not be this happy rainbow place, it is supposed to be this bloody war place. If I wanted hippy rainbow in space, why would I choose 40k over Star Trek? Orville?

Total Warhammer is even better when you realize the Skaven do go on to destroy most of the world. Venerable Lord Skrolk even gets elevated to daemon status.

I read pretty much ALL the Skaven lore as soon as I realized I could play rat people with giant wheels and the plague. Love me some Tretch. Ikit's neat, but Tretch.. whew. Excellent reward for being an aggressive player. Only thing that sucks is having to wait to send him out again because he decided to hide.

This so much, there is a reason so much reprinters and stuff like anvil industry make a shit ton of heads. People want variety and thats the simplest way to get it. I never really understood why they have never done it actually. Just release a single sprew with a fuck load of heads, I cant imagine it would take so much time to sculpt and cast.

I will continue the series then. I really enjoy the mephiston character series. Glad to see they are putting the same work in the other ones as well.

Side note. If you guys are in the market for brushes, Squidmar has just put his own set on a kike starter. Its a set of Da Vinci made brushes and I can attest to their quality since I've used them in the past. They arent asking a bad price for a set if your the type of person that actually uses good brushes for model painting. Only thought I would mention it because I'm a fan of his work.

I'm kinda looking for another path to go down in 40k lore, as I wait for Gaunt's Ghost 3 to come out in audio format.

I think I want to read some stuff focused on Deathwatch, as I enjoyed Ciaphas Cain's lack of Chaos antagonists after 9 books of Abnett(is that a trend of his, not writing with much Xenos?)

Is there any recommendations for the Alienhunters?

If GW was smart they'd offer contracts to 3rd Party printers to print things that are not exactly on the catalog like this.
The printers get to use the official Warhammer 40K brand and are promoted by GW as an affiliate in exchange for GW getting 20% of the profit. At least, that is how I would set it up.

Its a shame the logical route is not always taken. Speaking of printers that no one would ever use to buy models from :^). Forge World has announced that its opening Wednesday.

No, that wouldn't have been fine. The immediate shrieking would be that GW was RACIST for having created OBVIOUS CARICATURES of BAME and POC faces, and they would have demanded that GW immediately hire a diversity officer, fire a bunch of white people and replace them with BAME token diversity hires.

It's never enough, because there's no end goal for their activism. The plan is literally "force change" or "do better."

Considering how cheap their IP is to rent during the Los Vegas IP shows you'd think they'd ask certain printer farms to print out models to decrease the amount of money they lose from getting miniatures made in China. They do the stupid thing of getting them cast there, then shipped to the UK where they then ship them to Australia and North America instead of casting the miniatures in those countries to cut down on costs and "pirating". They could even charge more because filament is more expensive than extruding the liquid plastic into molds and huge selling point is that they would be "print on demand" so when the world shuts down again because of the sniffles (and it will), you miniatures will still be sent to you. Just without a box or instructions.
