Yeah, it does. They haven't really found a solution for it. As nobody is going to buy Endo to do it so its not worth it. I guess its just there to grind? But like I said, they really need something like the Index for Endo and have the resource.
But there was a new Dev Stream today, with some content updates:
Major Shit:
1) Melee 3.0 is going to drop late this month or early next month. Lots of changes towards channeling and increases overall damage.
2) There's a Lich System coming. Greneir enemies you kill can come back as Liches with abilities related to your Warframe. They control swathes of territory which you have to re-capture and hunt down your Lich. Killing your Lich rewards you with a randomly generated weapon they have with different stats that can go above rank 30. These randomly generated weapons don't count towards your Mastery Rank because they're RNG based and not something you build and there's a ton of them. There's a system being developed so you can 'trade' Liches with your clan if they don't have a weapon you want or need. Unknown if you can sell these weapons for plat, but I wouldn't be surprised.
3) Liches can not only be killed for their weapon, but converted to your side if needed. So it'll be like the mysterious stranger perk in Fallout where they'll appear and help you.
4) To kill and convert Liches, you get a robocop spike to implant in them. This Robocop spike will now be used for hacking as well.
5) Ember Rework completed, now she uses a fire bar and charges up her abilities. This fire bar provides 50 DR at the start and when it maxes out, it burns enemies for massive damage. Lost of changes. World on fire is no longer a drain, but like an Armageddon nuke burning everything.
6) Vauban complete rework. Lots of grenades with a ton of abilities. Gets an orbital strike at 3. His 4 is a two parter: A stasis field that strips armor and a vaccum field that draws enemies into one place so you can orbital strike them.
7) They're going hard into fashion frames. They're now selling cosmetic load-out slots. Usually you have 3, but for 20 plat you can buy an extra slot for another way to build your frame for a different look. They're also selling more mod configs for weapons for the same amount. You get three, but can increase that number with plat.
Weapons will now have an excelius slot like Warframes to add mods that are typically unused. They're only on primary and secondary weapons initially, until Melee 3.0 drops.
9) Grendel is going to drop with excelius weapons, Ember and Vauban re-work. No timeline on Greenier Liches, but they seem to be in the early phases as they want more variety of types and weapons.
