This specific dev, when working for DE, shut down MULTIPLE threads that called out the mods. He basically would just say "Saying trap bad, word filter won't change" even if that wasn't the subject of the post AT ALL. He is still friends with Server and Rebb. Aiden could probably have an entire thread on him to be honest.

NoClip's documentary on Astroneer is a good example of how a "lowly intern community manager" basically saved the game. Transparency, themed weekly posts, clips, memes.

Then there's trap bad. It's a real shame cus the assumed-intern social media/community manager is growing into an increasingly more important and impactful role as the internet grows. Social media isn't just writing text on Facebook anymore; it's analytics, scheduling, video and picture creation etc etc. Then there's these fucktards getting a job because anyone can hit the ban button when someone says mean things.

DE is a good company, it's quite surprising they aren't extra hard on their face outwards. Then again, their devs carry half their brand appeal. Steve is basically the face of both the development team and the community. Those two ugly bitches are just thrown in for equality.

Personally, I thought the whole "i tried to get it on with a minor" thing was more important than Homestuck OCs but who knows what goes on in the head of some attention seeking tranny.

Yknow Telluric was so busy deflecting that I had completely forgotten about that. I wish I could find the post that called him out on his pedo shit, but the closest thing I have is someone calling him out because telluric liked and encouraged server to dress up in a schoolgirl outfit.

Not a hundred percent related, but its still drama and DE related.

Many months ago, DE decided for whatever reason to nerf frame abilities related to loot.

Now we see the endgame of these changes.

In typical DE fashion, further clarification has been dousing the sparks with fuel, by putting said booster as a prime access exclusive and claiming this was always in the works, just that now is the proper time to implement this.

I see this situation developing as a proper shitfest in the near future, i doubt DE will back down on moves that are direct monetization.

Their shitty culture was one thing but I still enjoy the game itself. But this is a deal breaker.
