In his most recent video at about 42 minutes he says he would play TW Warhammer if it was good, that Songs of Styx is a great game and that people shouldn't judge it for being fantasy, that it's a kind of misnomer. He does shit on TW Warhammer players for being easily entertained man-children (true), is that what you are thinking of?



Regarding Medieval 3, unless the entire leadership team has been replaced and the marketing team completely disbanded (doubt), Medieval 3 will suck. There are some really outstanding indie projects taking up the mantle though, so there is hope for the genre.

When this game flops and they don't immediate pivot back to Warhammer or another popular IP, then maybe enough people will realize not to hype their games. Oh who am I kidding, people will hype up EA, Ubi, Bethesda, etc. That being said, a reminder that most of the retards overhyping this aren't "most" people, "most" people aren't engaging in social media much beyond watching and liking a video. You can overhype a game to hell and back but when you're not "most" of the audience but rather a group of nimrods suffering from regret avoidance/sunk cost fallacy/whichever other terms, combine that with a still and forever niche genre, it's safe to say that they can be ignored because they have no influence in how well the game will perform. In which it will poorly.

Investors. SEGA probably told them to put out something to please them because CA and TW don't seem to be in a great spot right now. The only thing saving CA is Warhammer at this point and who knows how much money they make vs how much they spent plus however much GW is taking a cut of. A new game brings "reassurance" to the investors, reassurance to CAfags that they're still making new things and aren't Totally (heh) milking WH3 (despite that probably being the only thing keeping them afloat), and trying to nostalgiabait long spurned history fans into coming back for a new historical game. I mean they did that with Rome Remastered and look how that went, I got a link to G2A before I got a link to the official steam page.

On release of M3 TW you'll have access to 5 nations with 2 pre-order nations available to people who buy the 79.95 'Deluxe Early Access niggerfaggot™' edition or sell these at a cost of 9.95 as a standalone pack.

After this they will subsequently drop packs every 3 months with 1 new kingdom for 24.95 and a handful of regiments of renown like the infamous 'Spanish Troon Royal Mounted Knights', the 'English Nigger Bandit Brigade' or perhaps the 'French Armored Rapefugee Footmen'.

I'm glad they stopped when they did, imagine a BFME but in this climate? WotC already blackwashed Aragorn so imagine what they'd do. There really is no other games like it but its best that goldmine stays untapped until the gayming industry crashes and they have to start making actually fun and good games rather than the shit they're doing now.

It was pretty much certain already that they'd announce it. What irks me most of all is the fact they didn't even bother to go with Medieval 3 first, but went for the space grift total war.

What little gameplay is out for 40K looks fucking abysmal, the UI is dogshit and combat looks about as appealing as regurgitated food.

Then they finally throw a bone to the historical TW fanbase simply because they fucked up time after time and people are tired of their wilful incompetence and it's starting to affect their profits.

Haven't watched Volounds 4hr video yet, tbh not really planning to unless it's a more compact edited version.
