It’s not a hypothesis when there’s multiple articles out there stating that this was the case. We actually touched on this subject briefly months before this recent scandal blew up, but since this info had (and still has) zero relevance to Vinesauce currently there was no reason to discuss it at the time.

Even when some people came here to doxx Vin’s home address and his mom’s obituary, neither of those were remotely relevant to anything that was happening with Vinny personally or the stream. I’d understand if he was a lolcow and did something that would warrant doxxing his info, but the dudes already a private person as is and he doesn’t need more strangers digging up info about his family in an attempt to stir the pot on here or play another round of internet detective.

EDIT: this was when we had the discussion about Vinny's grandfather, it's pretty sad to think about honestly. Left the link there for any new folks that might be curious and want to read up on it.

This to be honest, just don't be a retard. You can like a streamer without being fucking obsessed. Crazy concept, if "your streamer" has to stop streaming for a while, look for something else to do/someone else to watch. It's a big fucking world after all, plenty of shit to distract yourself with.

its not like there's VODS or full streams or anything on YouTube either, but if you've seen *every single VOD and have nothing to fill the void when their gone* then that's weird and hyper-obsessive

i've been watching all of the randomized zelda streams because i somehow missed them lol

what other longish streams are good to watch? more so background noise
 
On the topic of Vinesauce fangames, Mario's Mystery Meat is sitting at 999K views and is about to hit 1 million. Vinny's fastest video to 1 million views ever by far. Under one year...

Red Dead 2 is pretty good with some more quiet moments of fucking around
Loogi's Mansion 3 is fairly relaxed
Minecraft easily due to the nature of the game

it seems plausible and a very huge coincidence if it is one, but the article on the Vincent Palmieri who went missing also includes a photo of two of his sons, one of whom is named Vincent Palmieri Jr. Is it really probable that three different men in this family had the same name?

Spelunky 2 has 33 streams to it right now, might go back and watch that myself, Terraria was good background noise for me, Animal Crossing apparently has 61 fucking videos? How do you have that many streams of Hoor Isle?

It being the earliest days of Quarantine helped a ton. There was a legit period where Vinny was knocking out two streams a day. Afternoon New Horizons, and late night whatever.

Kinda weird. Here's my honest take on this that some people won't enjoy:

Vinny will be gone for MUCH longer than 2 months. Twitch VODs are automatically deleted after 60 days, and we are on day 23 of this drama. All the highlighted streams are VODs currently on his channel.

I know Fullsauce exists, but there are some people that watch via Twitch VODs to get the full chat experience. Because of this, I think Vinny wants SOMETHING to be there when you visit the Twitch page.

This combined with what Mike said on his stream, we may sadly be looking at a June return at the earliest. :(

Vinny's mom did indeed pass away in 2012, not 2014. Jesus Christ you moron, it even lists Vinny's DOG MOLLY. That was the name of his dog. jfc
