I don’t think the lawyer has anything to do with the document, I just want to know where the name Prescott Lemoine comes from, if these idiots slip up at the first hurdle by outing who’s in on it by retweeting the original post <5 minutes after it’s posted then I doubt they’re smart enough to preemptively hide their real Google account from the document.

It’s just Googling the name has all the results muddied by this law firm, so I can’t find fuck all about who this is.

I don't mind your speculation, I'm talking about the idiot who's decided to open every google link for the name, find no connection, and still decide to screenshot and post it like it's relevant and needs to be archived like they're larping as a PI

Don't think it's a swerve. Seems like something somebody didn't pay close attention too. Just something we shouldn't drop so suddenly until we exhausted any credible info. Noticing a lot of people don't want Prescott Lemoine looked into

A quick search on Linkedin does not produce anything substantial for either Joyce or Nicolle, at least in the US,

If it's a lawyer, it's certainly not some Maine-based attorney named "Prescott Lemoine" because that is not someone's name. Prescott Lemoine Murphy & Associates (or any of its other incarnations) is/was a law firm where those are the last names of the partners. Lemoine no longer appears to be a partner.

The Prescott partner is Dana E. Prescott.
The Lemoine partner is either John or David Lemoine. They appear to have a practice together now separate from the Prescott practice.

Maybe the person that drafted the document lives in Maine and they were looking through a list of lawyers to use as an alias to make the document seem more "official" and happened across the the Yelp link or another similar site when the name Prescott Lemoine etc. popped up and they decided to use that despite not knowing those are two last names.

Hey as far as he's concerned we are doing part of his job for him, that being said they won't be using kiwifarm posts for any sort of evidence (if they even need to, remember this doesn't need to hit court if Vinny doesn't deem it necessary) because the lawyer can just contact actual authorities and request for info/backlogs, most of the info here is for public use
