This is a reply to Mandalore's so-called apology that I couldn't ignore.
A mistake was made, but luckily Vinny's rep spoke for itself and no permanent harm was done.
I just hope you and others are more careful in the future.

Literally just as I pressed Like on the bottom tweet, the above jumped from 97 to 100.
That's the mindset these people really agree with?
Twitter makes me feel really sick sometimes...

I still think this is Vinny's fault. Asking for "spicy pics" on your business email is a huge fuck-up. Anything else after that he kind of had coming. Especially if he knew anything about the kind of girls he was with, that they'd do some elaborate thing like this.

I still feel bad for him, especially after the stream, but come on. There doesn't have to be some grand legal reason for someone to call you out on shitty repetetive behavior. It's on him for being so reckless with that.

Even the person he responded to liked his response.
I may also be very loosely acquainted with said person. And seeing a couple of people I was following basically handwaving Mandalore's involvement with the whole thing disappoints me as well. But I've long since known they're in the habit of ignoring the crappy things people do just to maintain association with them, since a few of them also associated with, and passively excused the behavior of, a particular, Smug lolcow who has a thread on here.
 
Geepm's post to address thing is great. It's one thing to go "i'm retarded sorry i'll be better" to save face, but to throw in something which further discredits everything? It's so comically dumb that part of me wonders if it was intentional on gpm's part. If the smear campaign I eagerly joined didn't work, I would probably throw "the organizers" under the bus too.

The original accusation/twitter still being up despite being shat on so hard is telling. From casually pointing out mistakes, autistically checking stream times, audio scplices etc to people who were actually previously involved with Vinny piping up and being like "#4's lying about me, pls edit" or "no it was all consensual, idk what this random twitter account is saying". Like, there's nothing to do then but leave it up and just hope his reputation takes a dive (it won't.) Suddenly having no access to edit/update the important shit and distancing themselves from it? May as well admit this was never about hearing "actual stories from real victims".

And come on gpm, you've already shat on the organisers. We all know it's some jilted ex/fan wanting to get back at funny pasta man. Stop being a vague faggot and just confirm that it's buttersluts or some other mad ho.
 
I haven't read all of this shit but if Brody is the mastermind behind this shit he is a Grade A retard. He's already experienced an attempted cancelling for making videos where he intentionally makes people uncomfortable at cons and fucks with people, and he has a video on his channel where he films a woman show her tits with her face exposed, gets her name, and then semi jokingly encourages viewers to track her down. Not to mention him also singing Erika, granted it's an obvious joke but the cancel mob won't see it that way. If this is an attempt at some kind of "bit" from him he's extra retarded.

Mandalore is also a retard for not knowing his audience but he could have at least been smart and blamed it on drinking while on pain meds since he drinks alot and has back problems.

Shammy went to school for art or theater so it's mot surprising he's a fag who would do something like this.

I for one am grateful that they did everything in there power to make their little callout post as transparently bullshit as humanly possible, because things would be very very bad for Vinny if there was actual effort put into making more believable claims and caused a larger rift in the fanbase. I can't imagine the mountain of stress he's got to be feeling now, and virtually everyone's on his side. He'd probably Cobain himself by now otherwise, but we can play what if's all day. Hope he has a case and uses his streamer bux on a good lawyer.

Also this part in GPM's "please understand" post made me lol.

Yeah, i total jumped the gun on this one. I do still believe he provided the contact to Mandalore / Shammy.
 
I like Vinny. He's decent and some of his shit has made me laugh so hard I cried.

But hopefully he doesn't toss handfuls of money into a blender over this. I've seen it before: nothing beneficial will come of it. He's already made a great statement categorically denying it, no need to take it to a courtroom.

Take a break for a week or two. Get a message. Write a song. Chill and let the drama pass. You've already beaten the storm, now it's just a matter of time.

On the other hand, if the Ryan Haywood effect kicks in, and girls step forward with multiple pieces of evidence and much, much dirtier shit comes to light, then a good ol' fashioned barbecue will begin. So, y'know, be on the lookout.
