When they bailed to GameGrumps, Mark was pretty much blacklisted by the Grumps and has not been featured by select circles since. In that time-frame, SuperMega was also getting a nice plug by LPin' with OneyPlays. Since than, they've (SuperMega) have gone solo and cut ties with just about everyone mentioned here.

SuperMega got lucky in this instance. They had a creative platform which was growing and place to share these problems openly with assured support. "Johnny Nobody" who edited on the cheap back in 2017? He'd never survive if he went open.

I wouldn't go as far as to day Supermega cut ties. They're one of the few I watch pretty regularly, and they still mention the grumps on occasion and maintain a friendship with them. They haven't talked to Oney in a long time, though, and Oney pretty much confirmed they're not friends in a tweet not long ago. As for Mark, they make fun of him. So there's that.

Okay lurked the thread and i didn't get one thing.
Why did 8 bit brody (if he started this gay ops) did it? Why Vinny of all people? Was there a grudge that we don't know about?

I can explain. Basically Vinny used to be big into 4chan culture and actively streamed for them but started distancing away, then he bettered himself and moved away from the chans. A lot of people got super upset over this, about how Vinny is no longer 'their guy' or bemoan the fact he started on the chans. This isn't the first time he's been in hot shit. Like with Vappy commissoning porn with vinny featured in it and GPM's decable. Other shit has happened and generally staff remained hush hush about it. Dunno what the personal beef is or why brody got involved, probably asked him to watch Jojo and got told a flat no. Proabably spergy stuff.

So one of the things with Vinesauce that no one talks about is that there is a lot of dramas and they shut them down. Immediately. There is no circus, no dicussion on the subreddit, the chat or in the booru, everything is moderated, the only place that doesn't happen is on Twitter where they really cant stop it and there's been some flukes with management and the streamers a few times, naturally.

Who would've thought that fucking Vinesauce Vinny would be part of the vanguard that pushes back against cancel culture? 2021 has been a wild ride so far.
