Yeah, IIRC, he lives in Västerbotten, which is one of the least densely populated counties. It's the equivalent of if he lived in Iowa or something in the states. And, like Glass Sealing said, there's not a huge convention scene in Sweden, the only city that really even has one to my knowledge is Gothenborg, which is all the way in the south and also suffers from being Gothenborg.

Besides, she wasn't a part of the group that Vinny invited in to VR Chat, she was just there in that Pizzeria map along with the rest of chat who were waiting around in the public instance of that map. So her being there doesn't mean much. She's just another member of chat.
Im fairly certain the no insert rule has been there for a while, atleast this year. Makes sense. I can't really recall too many incidents where people were drawing themselves though. Other than like the rare Vappy art that showed up way back when. Maybe there were more, I dont pay attention to the art that much.
