I wonder which one of the participants could have possibly prompted John Fullsauce into making this statement and pinning it on the YouTube upload? Hmm...

I don't know who any of these people are except ross, I feel kinda lucky

Most of them are fine, actually. It's just that PeachJars chick was like that stereotypical bitchy chick that makes the rest of the people at a party feel awkward. She also has an OnlyFans, so that should tell you she's that "one of the participants" I was alluding to.

I still haven’t finished the vod but it seems like Vinny tries to avoid looking at PeachJars lmao

Vinny can say whatever he wants, but instead of saying he was "fine" during all of the session after the end of the BRB leading into Noita, he said he was "mostly fine". I could be looking into it too deeply, since he did say he just needed to get to know people, so that mostly could be referring to the beginning of the stream, though it could also apply to PeachJars as well. That's pure hypothesis, though considering his literal first interaction with her is him saying "jesus christ you're going to kill my chat with this what the fuck", pretty much; I'm inclined to believe it's a possibility.

Feels kinda weird to see Vinny streaming with other people so often lately. I get streaming with mods and Ross because they're friends but Vinny has always seemed to keep to himself and has gone on record saying he prefers streaming by himself. I welcome the occasional group stream though even if some of the people involved can be obnoxious.

What's this supposed to be, reddit? Welcome to the internet where people are going to say what they want and sometimes they're going to be assholes about it. I personally think the peach chick came across as an obnoxious cunt, so I'm just going to say that.

Sure, genuine threats shouldn't be allowed and maybe comments shaming her for her onlyfans account shouldn't be allowed either (although I think that still falls under free speech). But not allowing anyone to post negative comments about somebody is dumb.

Anyway, as I've said, the chick was annoying and I'd be fine with never having to see her on Vinny's livestream again.

Can you imagine Joel streaming with an e-prostitute? I don't think I can imagine a more awkward scenario.

ETA until the comments section is full of "wow so many mad incels lol" comments because people are calling horse a horse (or a whore-s a whore-s, haHAA)

I enjoyed the interaction Vinny had with Hacker, Nogla and Treblig. It was overall a fun watch and I think it'd be fun if he were to play it again.

At this point it doesn't matter. Vinesauce as a group is pretty much completely officially dead, and Hootey did say he was leaving Vinesauce a while back. KY also left even longer before that, I'm pretty sure. Darren never streams anymore, so he's gone too, for all intents and purposes. Team has went from 12 members to 8, in the past 6 years, with most of those departures being from a year to two back.

It would be wise for some of them to try and distance outright from the name/brand, especially with branding (Looking at you dorb). That said, could they really survive?

Imakuni's health issues ensure she'll always be sporadic with streams. Jen disappeared willingly. Rev is Rev? No love for a commie. Potato is there, I guess? Never watched him.

Limealicious I think is the only one I think that realistically has any room to breath, having bailed to the UK.

oh it's "underboob spidergwen" I saw her on normiegram.

Isn't Spider-Gwen absolutely 100% Haram Pedo to sexualize after Frank Cho made that joke Milo Manara cover? I don't know how old the character is but I think it's 16-17 or something, either way people tried to have Chunky Boobs & Butts Cho cancelled over it.

a male artist sexualizes his own drawings without their consent, a woman can cosplague whatever she wants

Fred and Darren (Potato) are dead on arrival if they break off from Vinesauce. Neither of them have the viewer count or presence to completely separate from Vinesauce; the only way either of them get more people looking at their channels is people clicking through on Twitch wondering who the other Vinesauce members are. This would also be true of Jen if she hadn't voluntarily stopped streaming.

Direboar actually has a surprisingly sizable following - the one stream I caught of his recently (Mario Party 2) had somewhere around 250 people watching. However, I don't think he has any growth potential; he's not a very interesting person, and if anything, the only thing I found funny about the stream was how bad he was at the game. But I could just watch Vinny himself if I wanted to see that. I think cutting himself off from Vinesauce, at this point in time at least, would be a mistake.

You're dead on with Imakuni; I think she has a very niche, but ultimately dedicated fanbase, and one that WOULD support her if she decided to go completely solo, but she just can't. She'd never be able to maintain the streaming schedule one would need to do it completely full-time.

Joel is functionally independent in every way except branding already, and while he definitely COULD go solo, I actually think it benefits him more to stay on. So many Vinesauce fans now are teenage girls with unhealthy attachments to gamer men, and even though Joel and Vinny rarely interact, their being associated by the Vinesauce name keeps fans interested and lets them dangle the carrot of crossover streams whenever they please. Ultimately, he could really go either way, but I think it's both easier and smarter for him to stick around.

The only two people I can see gaining any benefit from disassociating with Vinesauce are Rev and Limes. Both have a big enough following to support themselves (for the most part), and a field in which they have little actual competition (Rev with the Flash games and stuff, and Limes with... whatever she does). Limes and Rev also have the benefit of not being associated with other Vinesauce members that often (though Rev crops up WAY more than Limes) and friendly relationships with other, non-Vinesauce streamers, which is something that Vinny and Joel both have been sort of slow to the draw on. They could break off if they wanted to, and it would probably allow them to expand their circle even more.

I guess the real question for them isn't "why haven't you done this," but more "do you even want to?" Because if I was any of these people, I can't imagine being associated with Vinesauce would be so confining and/or detrimental to my career that I'd care enough to separate myself. It's sort of a non-issue.

I dunno, I just wish the guys would do stuff together more often. I understand that scheduling is an ass, though.

Honestly, I doubt that that's the problem. Vinny and Joel are both full-time streamers, and the others stream often enough that they could definitely all get together for a crossover if they wanted to. I think they've just grown up and grown past each other for the most part, so they just don't feel the need to do that kind of stuff anymore. I mean, Rev and Joel were actual best friends for a long while - Joel literally made a whole album just to dunk on Rev (out of love, of course). How often do you see them do stuff together or even talk about each other now? If any of them do hang out still, it's likely in private.

Last time I checked Joel even had a gf/wife that he pretty much never mentions on stream. Once again, don't assume you know everything about someone just because you watch all their video game streams.
