For so long, I've felt like I don't even exist. Maybe I don't exist. People aren't noticing me.

I'm sure most of us wish we could play video games for a living and have a good 500 people ready to REEEEE at anyone who speaks ill, but I have half of that and it's not all it's cracked up to be.

If you have the internet for it, just find some niche thing you like and stream it. If people watch, they watch. If not, oh well, you're still playing video games and not dying in a gutter. There will always be a more boring streamer than you playing the same game if you play something popular, and if it's something niche then at least ONE person will be happy to see someone playing their favorite game.

I once opened a random stream of EDF5 and the dude was literally looking at anime pictures in his documents folder. There will always be someone worse.

As for the personality and people caring about you, well, those are harder to come by. As ironic as this sounds coming from a tranny-hating screeching internet racist, just embrace who you are and what you love. Don't worry about people calling you autistic or gay or whatever, just fucking go for it and then, at least, you'll know you've tried. Odds are, you'll at least find a couple of buddies to play Steam games with.

I honestly just figured anyone who cared knew who it was right away, but yes its Aumn. It's not a secret hes awful and always has been. He nearly tore apart the mod team on multiple occasions and is why some of the now ex mods quit. And the mods who did know what they were doing got crushed by the fact hes been Mike's main guy for years now.

At this point, I cant wait to see what Aumn does to finally fuck everything up beyond repair. Between his multiple donation posts while also affording TMG and then his schemes like modding consoles with no experience (and breaking a community members console), it's really only a matter of time.

Nah nah, just with someone else coming into the mix I was quite happy to see they had seen that post and it wasn't lost. Funny seeing all these names being dropped and the person who caused all this hasn't been brought up once, kinda annoys me how they got off Scot free but at the same time I'd never do what they did to me. The person who made those logs was closer friends with vinny than with me and had been in the community since 2011, probably why they were able to make a pretty convincing rp, as I said, I only spoke to them a few times. This person was a wannabe mod but they never were promoted so i guess they lost their shit. Was great to wake up on that day and have my Skype blowing up.

It would be fun for the sole reason that most people here are tolerable and well adjusted. We’d have to decide on a day in which most people would be free to watch as well as a method of hosting (ie. rabbit, syncplay, cytube, etc.)

That's fascinating. It makes sense why they were able to portray him so accurately, then - it wouldn't surprise me if some of those messages were things he'd actually said to them. You said that the person who did this to you hasn't been mentioned once, yet we got a laundry list of old community members from the Oinkma guy, and now some additional ones from @echteekay. I can't think of many other girls from back in the day aside from all the ones already mentioned, so whoever did this managed to scrub themselves pretty efficiently from this story. That seems somewhat notable.

I really do appreciate you taking the higher ground here, but it definitely sucks that someone else gets away with their bad behavior while you take the brunt of it for pretty much no reason. I hope it at least brings some comfort knowing that enough people are lurking in this thread enough to see how you successfully cleared your name.

Same. I've always wanted to, but back in the day it involved being in Chatango/on the forums at particular times, which I always missed, and nowadays it requires joining the Discord server, but I honestly don't hate myself enough to jump into that hell hole. Could be fun to do our own Vineyard-style thing.

Rabb.it is dead; it got replaced by Kast.gg, which doesn't work super well. I liked Rabb.it for functioning as a mini browser emulator that kept my poor PC safe from evil malware, but since Kast doesn't seem to have that functionality anymore (unless I'm using it wrong), that makes it pretty pointless. I can't speak to any of the others, though.

Navigating us back on topic - has anyone here ever actually caught one of the Vineyard streams before? I've always wanted to, but I've never been successful. In the Chatango days, I always hovered in chat waiting for someone to mention them or link to one, but I'd often just miss them. I'm just never in the right place at the right time!

Hello, i'm new here. Been lurking this thread for a couple of weeks, or months, idk, so i wanted to join in. Recently began to watch Joel's livestreams (i used to only watch the ones already uploaded on YT) and every once in a while Vinny's, so this whole thing has been really informative about the Vinesauce crew and it's community (which, surprise surprise, part of it is really awful. hanging out on Joel's off stream chat proved it)

We've mentioned both of those people quite a few times, so I don't think so. Unless I'm misremembering, I'm pretty sure Sgt said the person in question was a girl, and faked the logs specifically to drive a wedge between her and Vinny out of jealousy. I can't particularly see Joel or Rev doing that. (Well, maybe Joel, but certainly not Rev.)
