Its unironically better for Mike to do content that isn't video games, otherwise 3 out of the 4 hours of streaming time become indistinguishable from Dark Syde Philah yes, nothing makes me want to watch a charity stream more than a cum obsessed doomer read sonic the hedgehog fanfiction
I get that. I was always more concerned with the goings-on in Hypnospace itself rather than the ongoing story, so it never bothered me much. I'm hoping since the sequel places you as a P. I. that it'll drop the overarching narrative and focus on the individual users and their stories, since that was the strength of HSO.I replayed Hypnospace for a second time recently and I still loved it. It's one of the few detective games that are done right, that don't hold your hand and give you every clue right from the get-go. You do have to do a little digging on your own to piece together the big conspiracy and catch the bad guy. The only thing I kinda don't like is the ending.Dylan just kinda gives up at the end and turns himself in without much of a fight or anything. Also presumably he gets sent to prison but the game never gives much details about what happens to him, his brother, or his company. I hope the sequal might answer a few of these things though.
Does anyone remember what stream it was that some fan smuggled their way into the stream by supplying Vinny with a launcher for various games. And the launcher had a feature where the guy could basically send live messages to it and have it show on-stream. (Vinny didn't know this and seemed to freak out when he realized it.)
Joel also jams his microphones into cereal boxes and pours water into his computers, lol.
Joel said:Alright Chat, you're going in the cornflakes.
to be completely fair the cornflakes mic was shit wasn't itJoel also jams his microphones into cereal boxes and pours water into his computers, lol.
That sux cause she wasn't bad PLUS she was the only one with a truly disgusting unhinged actual stalking-type stalker she had to deal with. (vinny just had a bunch of artho groupies who got drunk off twitter fumes and retroactivly attempted to cancel him)Isn't it kinda weird how Imakuni hasn't shown up during the last big charity stream and now this mini one when everyone else did?
that's probably why tbh. That sux cause she wasn't bad PLUS she was the only one with a truly disgusting unhinged actual stalking-type stalker she had to deal with. (vinny just had a bunch of artho groupies who got drunk off twitter fumes and retroactivly attempted to cancel him)
Maybe, just thought it was a bit weird shes been AWOL from anything Vinesauce related for over a year and specifically after the vinny shit. It was also weird she didnt go see Joel despite living near NYC but went to PAX to get not covid a few weeks later.that's probably why tbh.
Even the music uses the soundfont from Umihara Kawase verbatim. Soundfont ripping from retro games is a controversial topic because most old game soundfonts are just downsampled roland/yamaha midi instruments and popular artists like Toby Fox do it all the time but even the style of music is extremely similar. The overuse of panpipes is also really reminding me of the soundtrack to a game called "Lovely Planet".It's an unfortunate thing, with Imakuni. Some really bad stuff must have went down. Related to recent uploads, though; this Pompom game is cool, but some of this borders on plagiarism? Even Vinny mentions the near identical aspects of the visuals at times, which considering he didn't do that for A Robot Named Fight; is something, alright. https://youtube.com/watch?v=qvg1ICFE-2w
Plagiarism has to be absurdly blatant to be considered for a lawsuit, otherwise you would open the possibility for Nintendo to just sue the shit out of games like Tunic and Isaac for "plagiarizing" classic Zelda and god knows Nintendo would if they could. It's an unfortunate thing, with Imakuni. It's only controversial with people who suck corpo dick and get off on billion dollar companies suing a lone guy from Ohio for using a 3 note sequence that was similar enough to one of their thousand videogame jinglesEven the music uses the soundfont from Umihara Kawase verbatim. Fair enough. Even if it's not legally at risk, it still feels lazy, to an extent.Plagiarism has to be absurdly blatant to be considered for a lawsuit, otherwise you would open the possibility for Nintendo to just sue the shit out of games like Tunic and Isaac for "plagiarizing" classic Zelda and god knows Nintendo would if they could.

Everyone else doesn't give a fuck, they would have to sue anyone who ever used yamaha midi instruments for anything for that to be consistent.
That i agree it doesn't take anything to just pitch it a bit up or down, or ad a note or take one.Fair enough. Even if it's not legally at risk, it still feels lazy, to an extent.
