Apparently Simpleflips wanted to be a psychologist at some point. He mentions it here and there, and it's definitely apparent in the way he says that he wants to "see into the minds" of level/mod creators. It kinda unnerves me, but I'm not really in any place to judge his interests like that. As for the part of him and his friends being awkward, they're just one of those friend groups that live and die by running in–jokes. That's why it's sometimes so hard to parse their humor.

i kind of get where he's coming from, i have a sort of curiosity about what makes people tick and what they've gone through to act how they do
 
While I'm sure sorting out any RO/C&D may play a part in Vinny not coming back, I'd bet another part is him thinking about how to open a fresh stream. There's surely some expectation that if/when he comes back he'll be saying something about the break/nontroversy. Mods blocking creeperinos is one thing. On the other hand maybe it would be for the best if he just picked it back up as if nothing happened and ignored this shit for the scam that it is.

I think the best thing to do would probably just refer to it as "the incident." I remember Vinny doing something similar when Joel was hacked by the "Towel" guy a while back, so as not to give any notoriety to the people who hacked the channel. I could see him doing something similar here. Everyone knows what happened, but not feeding it would be the best approach.
But I dunno, I'm not Vin. He might want to be more straightforward, I'm no mindreader.

In this case, it would probably be for the best if he opened up his stream with thanking chat for their patience and support with his absence along with some reassuring statements that he's doing better etc. Whether he has any legal advice to follow or not, I doubt Vinny would want to divulge any further info about what he's been dealing with and would rather stream without taking the time to discuss the finer details. At the end of the day, it sounds like he's been keeping himself together and handling all of this the best he's able to do so, and that's really all we (and himself) can ask for.

Creeperinos, and other key words and/or phrases from the document and audio are most likely going to be bannable in chat, no doubt about it. As far as self-censorship with his humor as previously discussed on the thread, I think he might have to tone down the booba and robertsons jokes for awhile, as to not offend or potentially make light of what was written in the doc about sending nudes and stuff. Of course this is all speculation and I could be grasping at straws, but I wouldn't be surprised if parts of his more sexual humor get filtered and reserved until he feels comfortable or that it's safe to do so.

Personally I think he should go harder on it so any more of those types still lingering about can fuck right off.
 
By that point I doubt he would censor himself, could be wrong though. I have no clue what would be best to do in this situation. Really, though, I believe he should pull out the old buttcoin joke for his return.
